Alright, this is the best stacked photo I could get of Izzy. I know it isn't perfect and it is something I need to work on, but it is the best one out of all the ones I took.

I would like to know what you guys think of her weight, build, structure etc.? Do you see any problems that could arise in her future etc?

@Transkitty I would especially appreciate yours/ Jazi's opinion since I know you guys know what you are talking about. Of course cardinal as well!!! Thank you guys!!

Her weight looks great from what I can see!

It's hard to judge her front in this because of how she's standing. Her front does appear to be a bit on the straight side but I cannot say for sure. At first glance her shoulders appear a bit forward, however I think this look is actually created by her lack of chest depth and lack of forechest. She has short upperarm, but her feet and pasterns look good. She has okay rear angulation, though could use a bit more turn of stifle. It almost makes her appear rear-high but I believe that is just from how she's standing. Her topline also appears to dip a bit. She also has a wasp waist.

For a companion/pet, this shouldn't have any big impacts. But if she were a very active sport dog, it could cause her to break down earlier on in her career.

Apollo officially has "sit" down. But not teaching anything new until next Monday, just continuing to work on his name and sit. ^^ Made him a starter spring pole also, used a basic rope and chew and made sure he was able to stand (even lay down) with it. When he is old enough to actually play with a real spring pole I will buy him one like Mollys. For now I just put one together for him to play with, which of course Molly took over anyways.

(Its actually a problem I am having at the moment. Since Apollo is now big enough to be able to run and keep up with Molly, she has became rather possessive of toys. She growls at Apollo if he wants to play with a toy she has. Any advice? Been googling tips and help for this but any help from yall is appreciated. ^^)

Anyways- This mornings run around in the back came up empty. No rabbits or even squirrels, only a stray cat. Took some pics of Molly after her run this evening, cant really tell a difference in her muscles from last week to today and she looks the same from last month! So I'd say she has reached her potential.

Both your bully's are beautiful, Sara. I reckon you could condition Molly fairly easily, she seems down for a good run. Why don't you take her biking / swimming / flirt pole?

Thanks. ^^ Yeah she is very easy to condition, problem is my time is limited. I take her running/hunting in the back every morning and evening for 30 mins. Not every day though if the weather is bad and I have a 1 year old to tend to so sometimes time is limited also lol. She use to be in excellent shape but alot has changed since her first year of life with us. She is still in shape just not like she was. And I do use a flirt pole but I have to buy a new one she chewed up the rope on our last one. Its actually one of her favorite toys. And she hates swimming. My guess is from when she fell into the lake off a log she was walking on as a puppy. She had a life vest on but I'm sure it spooked her. She stands for baths but big pools of water are not her thing!

Ahahah, that's fair. I had to change my lifestyle completely to condition my boy - we both work out 5 to 6 days a week and get a day off or two days depending on what we do. Bikejoring is fun, same with hiking but my absolute favourite is weight pulling with him. He loooooves it.

    Yesss, Dixie pics <3
I've missed seeing her adorable face around here.

    ----

    I have a question.
Lyra just finished her second season, a little bit before she went into heat she got attacked and had about a week or two of just completely shutting down on walks and refusing to move due to fear of other dogs, now that her season is over (she was housebound for most of it and we avoided other dogs like the plague) she's gotten really bold whenever dogs come up to her - like, she'll actually tell them to bugger off vocally and she never did this before, she doesn't lie down and act submissive over passing dogs either. I guess what I'm asking is, is it normal for dogs to get over their fears by simply avoiding them for a while? I assumed that she would be worse than ever on walks but she's not, she actually enjoys herself again.

Well I would like to start agility with her... She is actually a fairly active dog without sports. I usually go on 3-6 mile hikes every morning, dog park in the afternoon and we play ball for as long as she wants. Now I am thinking about doing agility and maybe some other things.
How could I strengthen that area? How can I build muscle on her? I joined a group on FB but the only response I got was " buy this product for like $90." Being a college student and having to make multiple payments on different things, I don't have the money to just spend on random items. So is there any cheaper ways to strengthen her around the house? or out and about? etc.?
And sorry I am not familiar with these terms... So what did you mean by turn of stifle, and wasp waist? Is there any way to correct any of this? So that if I were to continue with agility and possibly other sports she could last longer?
Thank you so much for all this information :) I really appreciate it!!

I wish Molly would have taken to weight pulling when she was younger. We tried it but something dragging behind her didn't sit well with her lol she ran all over the place. Apollo is like my fresh start with everything, I am really hoping he likes water cause I love swimming myself and we don't live far from a beach. ^^ Right now I'm just letting him be a puppy, I'll start introducing him to things at 4 months like I did with Molly.

How much weight does your pup pull? What other activities do you do with him?
