Hmm, you can wait until she does it naturally and then reward, but this might not work well if she doesn't do it often.
My dog will do it when we put something on her head that has a elastic strap cause she doesn't like the strap pressing against her head, but Dixie probably won't mind.
Maybe get something sticky (peanut butter?) and put it between her eyes/on her nose (where she can't lick it) but this would probably get messy and might not work.

Or you can try manually making her cover her face and then rewarding. Just be careful not to bend her legs weird
