She knows 'lets go', but it won't break her from her stare. And she's too focused on the dog to pay me any attention. The only way to get her moving is to apply pressure, which usually sets her off.
I need a way to get her to move on without barking and lunging, or biting me. 'Let's go' works with everything but dogs.
