Got Annie a spot made in the goat pen. For the next couple days she will spend her nights back in with the rabbits and days out with the goats. I want her to get use to being out there before I move her full time.

Just hope she doesn't miss her rabbit friends to much! Besides giving too many kisses and the odd nibble on a ear, she absouletly loves them. I don't think she has been nibbling on ears as much lately though. I finally managed to catch the doe I thought she had been nibbling on, and there aren't any nibble marks on her ears. Just a small scratch that I think is from either the other doe or from her own nails which need clipped!

Geyser has had either loose stools or diarrhea ever since we got him. In an attempt to get him to have normal stools, we took him off of raw and it's been completely normal. He's also been more active as a result and I've had to up his amount of training each day.
I've never heard of a dog that can't handle raw though. It's pretty strange that it was the cause of his loose stools.

@KO!
We had Epic on raw for a while and had the same thing. I figured it was because of the food change, but it just kept on going and she'd throw up every morning, so we finally changed her back to kibble.
I never noticed an energy thing though.

------------------------------------------------------------

Honey can no longer tire out Epic, so we've started back to working on more games.
This morning we had a run with Honey, then played tug of war with some training in between and then did some jumping.
We have done jumping in a while, but Epic got right back into it. I could send her over the jump from ten feet away!
Before I'd have to be right there for her to go over.

The dog run keeps getting put off, which is a pain, but I'm hoping by at least september it will be up and we can work on a simple course or something.

Today has been a rough day. We went out to see a movie and while we were gone, our AC went out. I ended up losing both my male rats to heat stroke. Thankfully the dogs are both ok. They were hot of course, but no heat stroke. Chewie was a big help in comforting me right after my second baby passed. He seemed to get that I just needed to hug him for a bit and he let me. Normally he doesn't, he prefers being the one with his paws around your shoulders and his head against your neck. Today though he let me hug him without complaint.

Princess is a bit grumpy, but heat does that to her. She thankfully didn't get to her 'ok I'm too hot im about to be sick' point. (Which btw, she has only gotten to when she took off on her own and refused to come back to me until she got too hot.)

Aww, you're very very welcome, love.

As for this thread and the several PMs I've gotten from members here, I'll try getting to you. I've been terribly busy lately. Planning for a vacation, working several jobs and may be starting another income source very very soon that I'm excited about but it's all tentative still, as well as working on Charlie's training, caring for my parents dog, trying to visit my lovely GF, and several family members falling terminally ill and on top of it trying to find a place and work out costs of Joe and I buying a place together as well as planning for future puppy has little time for CS so if you have a question for me on here or PM please re send it to me on PM and I will try to get to it ASAP!!
Throw those hooves right over my shoulders
Cause I seen the way you look at me, doefriend, when you smoulder
Come here, queer deer, and shake that thing around
Cause you get me so high that I gotta go down

Alright guys. So. Edgar has unfortunately been having problems with recurring hotspots lately. We took him to the vet and they've cleared up quite a bit, and are no longer open or moist at all. They look more like scars now, but we're keeping him from having lick-access to the areas for another week to be sure.
Does anyone here have experience with hotspots? If so, do you notice anything that sort of triggers them as far as diet, bugs, etc.? Or is it primarily moisture and heat?
I'm just wondering if changing his diet might help his skin fair a little better.

Chloe had one when she went into recuse. I'm not sure all the did to treat it, but I do know that they changed her diet and it went away.

Here's a video about hotspots your might find useful. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SVQWqH1IvME

Unfortunately the Beagle hated me. He didn't get to join us because every time he saw me he would attack. I have bruises all up my arms and my mum's partner literally had to drag him off me because he wouldnt stop.
We're gunna look at rescues instead cause unfortunately he's not going to be a possibility.
Having serious issues viewing dark colours at the moment. May delay replys to pms. Sorry.

The Leopard Pups
Grey, Black and White. The world revolves and we go with it. Twisting in this everlasting monotony, eyes of green and gold, watching and waiting for our chance, our time. Cytor, Liliana, Serenade, Bayonet, the Prankster, the sweet one, the mother and the lost soul. There birth was a lost event, one in a million, two wandering souls met in the shadows, and these four were created. There pups are the stuff of legend, one lost there sight, one lost there path, one lost there love and the other? The other lost his family, everyone they cared about. He lost his family.
