So, I have been able to live with it up for a while but my mom also wants a cat also, so that is helpful. I go to a camp at a humane society (like a really nice pound). In the camp you care for a dog and visit the "cat room" a room full of cats of all ages (the humane society does only euthanization for very bad behaivior and an illness that makes the pet suffer; there is a pound next to it that catches stray dogs and cats and take pets if the society is full and euthanizes pets for room as well as health and behaivior
) There are kittens in there... and I fell in love with one. Every time I touch it it purrs like CRAZY. 
My mom and I filled out a form for adoption... but we need to get my dad to agree with us; and make sure are landlords are in with it too. They accepted a small dog (we don't have one, but we were going to get one ... a ... while ... ago 
) ...BUT anyway! It shouldn't be a problem for a small cat... right? 
All I need is some tips on how to persuade my father into getting a kitty! I showed it to him and he does like it. He is thinking about it. I posted that... and then this happend.
So I got the cat and she was wonderful. I loved her so much! Then she got sick. First it was just a cold and then we realized it was a disease. It was contagous.... and we were too busy to clean everywhere she stepped and we couldn't put her outside because she would spread it to all the other animals..... so... we... had to take her back the the shelter I only had her for A WEEK. And I was gone a whole day and a half....
I loved her so much and whenever I left her alone she would "cry" for me.... I have always wanted a cat and when I finnally get one it HAS to get sick and has a good chance of getting my family and I sick and her DYING. Post about your pet wishes and stuff here. and... if you love pets you might fall in love with my adoptibles
