As Jazi said, you should take her to a vet and ask there. We aren't doctors, and even if we were (maybe someone here is, I don't know,) the only way we could accurately say what's wrong is if we were to examine the dog in person.

We have a few off leash areas in the surrounding cities but nothing that interesting... Most are just open lawn spaces with no fences that people like to call a dog park. The beach in our town doesn't even allow dogs, but people bring theirs there anyways as it gets later in the day.

Oh wow that's even longer than me. The other dog beach (Long Beach) is way out of the question then! Here's the site I was trying to find earlier. It's for California dog destinations, mostly NorCal but it's got some SoCal in there.

Move to PA :V I'm lonely and need dog friends!

I'm uh, going to warn you. Colorado is right in the middle of the Rocky Mountains. That means snow. Lots and lots and lots of snow. PA hugs the east coast and is north, but I don't get NEARLY as much snow nor do I get the bitter colds that Colorado gets. The east coast really doesn't get hit nearly as hard as you're thinking unless you are pretty far north or in the mountains. I won't be able to reach Creed's breeder in Vermont from the first time snow falls all the way to likely April or May if not later... but that's 6 hours of highway driving north of us and in the middle of a bunch of mountains. Meanwhile here yes it's more snow than SoCal gets but it's really nothing much. This past winter was bad, and this coming winter is supposed to be bad, but the one before it we got like 3 inches all winter where I am... Mostly just rain, not even freezing rain. The winter before that we had a dusting in October and a foot in March and the rest was all just rain.

PA is gorgeous too, but like anywhere on the East Coast it's just so far from Cali :( (obviously). I'm so nervous to fly with two dogs and four cats; I've never done it before so I stress about everything. It'd just be so much less stress to drive instead. East Coast still isn't out of the question; I was looking into MA for a bit as well as CT and GA, but lately I've been focusing on closer to home.

From what I've read, Fort Collins, Denver etc. are what they call Front Plains I believe? They aren't at very high elevations and are at the base of mountains and foothills, so they don't get as much snow. Some years of course will be worse than others, but generally it's fairly mild. Honestly though the winters don't worry me much at all. I've always loved the cold unlike most people around here xD

Yeah, all the interesting stuff is too far away for me. :( My town is pretty boring. I just dream of a place with plenty of dog-friendly areas within walking distance, where I can socialize my dogs better and meet other owners. I'll take a look through that site though, thanks :D

You should move to northern indiana. The summer is hot the winter is cold, the weather is so unpredictable it snowed in April. It can go from 80 degrees to 50 degrees in 24 hours. But there's not as many tornados as some places. I never experienced one (seen) and sane with an earthquake. OF COURSE there's no hurricanes or tsunamis. And the country places are so peaceful. There's also plenty of stray cats :3

Ohio doesn't know what these so called season are! The past two days have been in the mid 70s/high 60s, and now on Saturday it's going down to 23 over night >_> Our summers are pretty mild, between 80-90, but a lot of humidity. We pretty much skip spring, and have a fluctuating fall. Sophie LOVES the winters here because 1) it's cold, and 2) snow, she get the zoomies in the snow and it's the cutest thing <3

GUYS YOU SHOULD ALL JUST COME TO SCOTLAND.

LOTS OF LOVELY RAIN, SNOW, AND OCCASIONALLY SUN.

Our poor jack Russell used to get lost in the snow, she had to do massive leaps just to see over.

In Southern Indiana, we get all four seasons in one week. :P A little like Ohio, Blue.
We didn't even get any snow in 2011, though, except a light covering that was there and gone. Dixie didn't get to experience snow until 2012. (She was born in April 2011.) Weather is pretty wonky here though. Some years we barely have a winter, and some years we get blasted with an ice storm. Oh, and this is tornado country.
Aka I don't really recommend southern Indiana.

On good side, we have a lot of scenic areas, walking trails,, dog friendly places, one small dog park I know of, dog trainers and one behaviorist I know, agility trainers, pet stores coming out of our ears, TONS of clubs (not all dog related) but we do have an obedience club, etc etc. (We have at least 3 cycling clubs alone in one town here.)

@Lupen: We moved from Houston, Texas all the way to the north east of Maine (aka Might-As-Well-Be-Canada) and we drove. Two cats, a (small) dog, two teenagers and only one parent in a 5-door PT Cruiser. Fun times. Not really. Portland and it's surrounding towns is supposed to be super dog friendly and I wouldn't be opposed to moving there if it wasn't for Maine being really dumb with reptiles/amphibians. Portland gets a lot less snow then I do though more rain. I will warn you that New England is fairly expensive. And rural Maine isn't all that welcoming despite how 'friendly' they claim to be.

Also.... you guys wanna talk about weather... There's a 70% chance of snow on Sunday.

I say just move further north from where you are lol. Social is rather boring, used to live down in the valley myself, and there was nothing to do with my dog aside from walks all over our neighborhood.

But since I moved to nor cal, omg so much to do. The Berkeley dog park is amazing, we go whenever we have a reason to visit the bay area now.
There are a ton of dog friendly areas along the two main river systems up here, and all the hiking trails, I haven't even been down all the ones in my town and I've been up here for a good 6 years now lol.
That is slowly changing with Link though, since now I have a constant hiking buddy to go with me whenever I feel like a hike versus pre Link when I would have to see if any of my friends had the day off. My little dog is a horrible hiking buddy, he gets tired after a mile and I can easily go ten miles per hike. I haven't taken Link out for that long of a hike yet cause of my work schedule, but I plan to soon! I want to take him up in the mountains to a friends that has all sorts of trails bit less rattlers due to higher elevation and colder temps.
That's one of my favorite things about nor cal, within an hours drive you can go to the beach, the mountains, flat lands, lakes, all sorts of environments up here.
