I'm just now managing to get Skye and Bobbi's names right without a mix up lol. Rouge is normally called 'little girl' in a threatening tone lol, so I mix up her real name sometimes. (She's my naughty girl, she likes to power groom Storm and chew on cage bars. So she gets called Little girl as her "naughty" rat name

i'm always curious, are mice and rats much different in your experience? i would love to get some mice someday but i'm used to my rats' temperaments.

I can't tell any of the new girls apart until I can see their heads lol. Sometimes I can pick Skye out since she's the smallest, but not always! I would hate having identicals lol

Mice make great pets, but they aren't as loving as rats in my opinion . Most of my mice are more content at being left alone, while my rats fight for the attention.

Some of the rats are Berkshire and some irish, but its hard to tell who is who untll I pick them up,lol.

Any guesses what breed this hamster could be? I will adopt one of her babies, but so far I only know she is a dwarf.

I've got some bad news about Momo. :c
He has two massive golf-ball sized lumps on his hips which are making it very difficult for him to walk, and his eye issues have flared up again, this time on both eyes. If he doesn't pass away naturally within the next few days I'm going to try and get him pts as it's just not fair to let him go on like this. I've been having extra cuddles with him and giving him lots and lots of treats, he had his last little adventure around my room last night and now I'm just going to let him rest. Whenever I take him out of his cage he sits on my lap and curls up against my arm, he just doesn't have the energy to do anything else any more and it's really hard to watch him so withered and ill.

I'm gonna miss my little guy, I've grown so darn attached to him over the past four years and it's going to be really weird without him.
I just hope he passes on peacefully, I don't want him to go through the same thing as Silver did. I took some videos of him last night on his run that I'm going to put together today.
