Yeah, about finger-print sized maybe?
The bum patch was what originally made me think rec. dappled, when first got him, I went googling to try & find something that looked like him. Couldn't find any, but came across a description of rec. dappled, which fit him And when I searched for pictures, they looked more like him than anything else I'd come across.
I don't think he's spotty enough for DS, of any kind.

I'll get some better pictures of him...eventually XD

okay so on of my babies just gave be a pretty good chomp. he came right up to see me, i put my hand there so he could sniff, and just just chomped right down. it's still kind of bleeding, although i've cleaned it. any clue why he would do this? or how to get him to stop? i tried to convey that it hurt and it was bad by making making some noise but i don't know if he god the message. what do?

So I have two gerbils and i'm trying to find a way to let them have play-time on the floor because I have tried a play-pen but they just escape XD Does anyone have any ideas ??

Also I am pretty sure I will be adopting a Syrian hamster for christmas ! I'm so exited , does anyone have any toy suggestions ??

is he new? does he usually do this kind of stuff? what is his usual temperament?

it's labeled as a yellow/black dom spot

cream roan (rex) looks a bit similar too but doesn't look to have the darker pigmented ears?



also here on this website there is a cream dom spot who does looks to have the darker pigment on her ears
