Black Friday... Pictures

I bought things. Pet things. D:

I finally finally finallllyyy got around to buying things for the cats. I bught their very first scratcher and a 'cube' play house.

The scratcher was a hhuuggee hit! Even before I added catnip! Its just one of those floor cardboard scratchers and Jericho was on it like white on rice the second I put it down. He scratched.. and scratched.. and scratched some more then rolled all over it happily.

Eagle took right to the cube and refused to get out of it, choosing to ambush Jericho and Rain, my lady cat, as they walked by.. >_> Once the catnip was added to the scratcher he also used it a couple of times. =)

What about Thanksgiving, for Americans? How'd it go yesterday? My dog, Lucky, got her very own whole cornish game hen and looked mildly ill and pretty satisfied after pigging out >_> I wont post pictures because its pretty graphic raw-feeding. xD

The cats were on their best behavior because we had a friend over allergic to cats. They only tried to 'help' us play monopoly twice and somehow managed to stay off the table and out of his lap. They only got rowdy once and went into my room for the last bit of his stay.

For those from Canada, how'd your Thanksgiving go? I know it was a while ago. For those that don't celebrate, do you include your animals in the holidays? If so, how? =)

We're having our thanksgiving today (Mom had to work Thursday) But we have a bad case of missing silverware. 5 forks in the entire house. For 6 people xp So someone has to use plastic xD

As for the pets, we boiled the innards of the turkey for Clemmy and Loli and we're going to feed them that when it comes dinner time. The cats don't get anything special -pats them-

And no Black Friday shopping for us cause we had to pay to get a leak fixed xp

As for the pets, we boiled the innards of the turkey for Clemmy and Loli and we're going to feed them that when it comes dinner time. The cats don't get anything special -pats them-

And no Black Friday shopping for us cause we had to pay to get a leak fixed xp

I completely feel you about silverware. I think theres this fork monster that hides in the corner of the drawer and eats silverware when we're asleep.. Only thing that makes sense!

I'm sure they'll just LOVE he boiled turkey! I should have done that for the cats but.. I somehow managed to leave them sitting out on the stove and the left for an hour.. D:!! No way I was feeding that, cooked or not. I have this over-all trust issue with organ meats. xD

We didn't go either, really. I picked up those two and a can of turkey canned food for a total of 9 dollar~

Mocha looooves feast days! She gets all the insides and organs and things as extras for her dinner. She even begs for turkey gizzards before dinnertime when Mom's seperating meat and organs.


I ended up going doggy shopping on Black Friday but only got knucklebones and some toys :]

It's the human gift shopping that's driving me nuts! Anything I find for people is never on sale, and only available online e.o

For Thanksgiving Sophie didn't get the organs of the turkey because she got a little sick (threw up, and last night I think she had a bit of direha) but durring dinner when she was in her kennel I have her on of her favorite bones. she loved it and after dinner when we let her out of the kennel I think she founds a few corn cereals and a small pice of turkey the fell. Is it just me or do other people go crazy on getting gifts for their pets? I don't get my pets very much for Thanksgiving/black Friday preasents, but for Christmas, Waffles my rabbit gets a bunch of his favorite veggies, Sophie get toys and treats, and for Daly (he is the horse I ride) I make him special treats with molasses and carrots

Well, Clemmy loved hers and the neck meat I gave her but I guess Loli decided to not like hers this year. She just spread the organs around on her blanket. Ick. So, if she doesn't eat them by the time dinner's over (Mom's bf is running late so I went ahead and gave the dogs their meal), I'll go ahead and give 'em to Clem. And I decided to be nice and gave the turtle a 'feast' of freezedried mealworms and pellets. xD It's really only a little more then what I usually give her and I usually don't combine the two.

Cardinal, just on treats, certain carriers, dog foods, and some toys. Nothing big, but it gave Lily some nice things. I think there was some fish sale going on also.
