I can't wait to see my pony!!!! Athena needs a good ride after how long I haven't been riding her, My pony may be chubby but she is a smooth riders because of her draft breed, my mom says she also has a smooth jog which is funny because she has a English saddle, though I want a western one and I want to try to jog. I also wear western attire when I ride her so It will fit us when I get her western sparkly bridle, which is hard because she has a big head, my mom is also looking into pulling because when we bought them they were said to be trained in it, though the Gelding has a but problem and my mare is lazy so we might have to work with them A LOT more.

Tývar turned 1 month old yesterday. :D We did little halter practice couple days ago, but it's little hard to do on my own and in the pasture. He freaked out from the pressure 2-3 times and those were kinda my faults as I didn't have everything like it should and slow reaction... He's totally cool with the halter on though(and putting it on/off) and doesn't really mind pressure on his nose too much, but when the pressure goes to the poll(when I ask forward) he might freak and start backing up like crazy. Which is why I need to have the rope going behind his butt, as that way he's okay and I can use it to get him to move. But after those couple freak outs, he did several nice walk-stops. :) If M's around next week I might ask if she could help me out by leading Heta and then I could follow with Tývar.
He also could use a wrestling buddy as his sister isn't much into it... :p The other two fillies are yet to put in with the others as the fencing still needs to be fixed little more. And the WB still hasn't poped, though I don't think she's much over due yet, but her belly is huuuuuuuge. Really hoping she has a colt so that Tývar can have at least one boy to play with...
Big boy.
Still a baby face though.
And still a total baby, but he's getting really big. Like really, tall genes where have you come from. I wanted a small horse. XD
Reminder how tiny he was one month ago. ;)

I could really use a wish right now, wish right now, wish right now...

So I had my lesson today. I had a solo lesson on Havanna. She did good. She threw three bucks at the canter. And her tail is usually braided and kept all tied up but they took the cover off. So it whipped me in the shoulder and in the face. Wasn't happy about that. She threw two bucks for no reason and it made me pissed. Buti managed to get a nice canter after her last buck and then we cantered small xs and she literally leaped -_- it was good and scary all at once. And she refused a pole so we tried it like four times at the trot. Then cantered it once and she soared. Everyone was like... Woah. She was being a bit bratty outside. I like riding her outside more I think. She acts up a bit inside lately. But it was a good lesson. I got everything I needed to do. And my instructor was proud. Soo yay :3 all the lesson horses were crazy today. It was sooo weird!! Hopefully they're okay on Tuesday!

soo cute! Im said my mare is fixed so she can't have babies but she is pretty and would make beautiful babie because she is dark dappled on the butt and it fades a you go up and she is flea bitten just on her ears, even though she has only one eye (the otherone we think got pushed back when another horse kicked her when she was little) and so is our Gelding though her is almost white and more flea bitten then dappled.

I got to ride this ADORABLE little pony today! Shouldn't be any bigger than 14hh! xD And she was such an adventure! Lots of attitude and potential, speedy, but VERY obedient. Maybe because I'm soooo much stronger now that I'm a lot bigger riding ponies compared to giant horses like my previous, Ringo, who was probably almost 16hh haha. Maybe bigger, maybe a hair smaller. But this pony dee-dee is AWESOME. :o)

A little new here to the thread but I do ride horses.

I ride a (i think) 10 year old thoroughbred gelding named Bull. He was a race horse and his track name is El Toro Loco. Feel free to look up his pedigree!

Another horse I ride and am also training is another OTTB named Lyle. He turned 3 this year and his track name is Zydeco Moon. His sire is Thunder Gulch. Lyle is nothing like his sire in speed or motor even. That chestnut gelding is about the slowest and laziest 3 year old I have ever worked with. He is so sweet though.

The third horse I am attached to is a shy Canadian Warmblood gelding named Ramsey. Our stable's owner bought him along with a tb from the same breeders. They both have had very little human contanct and were practically wild when they arrived. I quickly befriended Ramsey and have continued to spoil him with lots of pets and treats.

Im not really sure about the roll thing, but i'm pretty sure that you wont be able to make your saddle fit the horse. It really depends on the problem you have. What do you mean by it doesn't fit, is it to big? Or small?
