I have finally figured out how I want the 30 gallon and what one of my dream tanks are. I rrreeaallly want a Port Acara and I've been looking EVERYWHERE, but no one has them. Instead all I can really find re Blue Acara and I don't find them as interesting and they are a step up in aggression. Gr. I live in the South Eat, anyone know a good website for ording cichlids? Already checked Aquabid.

Here are my angelfish eggs

2nd pic is 15 hrs later, they have cleaned up any of the strangling eggs so now its a square'ish'

I think the white ones are supposed to be the unfertilized ones
I dont have the space or time to actually care for the fry at the moment so they wont be removed from the tank till they are about half an inch and then I'll put them in the shrimp tank if any survive that is and try to find them new homes

Jelly: Those eggs don't even look real against the black filter. Haha! I love when fish lay eggs. I don't know why but I think they're cool looking C:

And just in case you guys didn't check the last page I need help with something:
So I'm debating selling my guppy tank and all the fish in it....2 10 gallons is a lot for a dorm room and I'm starting to realized guppies aren't my cup of tea. If that makes sense? I'm much more of a betta person I've realized. I'd love to be a goldfish person but a 20 gallon just isn't in my future till maybe next year. Anyway! If I do decide to sell it I'm not sure what I should price it at. It would come with the tank, gravel, a few decorations, a filter, 4 female guppies, 1 male guppy, 4 corys, 1 apple snail, guppy food, and 2 different containers of shrimp pellets.

I was the same with my betta, they are beautiful and all but they just werent for me, I sold the two crowntails with their 5G tanks for $70, inculded driftwood anubias and java ferns, black gravel, filters, heaters the good betta water conditioner with the leaf extract ect. (I wish I had kept the drift wood and plants though ) I think the tanks where about $30 each and the fish were $12 each so I probably lost about $50 when I sold them but they went to a good home

maybe just see how much the tanks that size are going for on cragslist or something and add the price of fish ect. or see if someone in one of the other dorms will buy it?

Yeah I posted on our schools page on facebook and had two people like it so I'm going to see if they want to make offers on it.

its so cute to watch them tending to the eggs they keep chasing the skirt tetra and danio away if they get too close but they dont seem to mind the neon tetra
when we eventually get our own house we might get the angels their own tank
