do you have some small rocks on you? I they aren't sinking you can always put a rock on each one to get them to the bottom.

Hmm, yeah I could try that. The snakes may/may not make that not very doable though.
haha was just asking here because iirc betta people use almond leaves.

I'm looking into puffers, and I know they like brackish water. To get the salt content the need, could I justput I some rocks that have a salt content in the aquarium, or is there some other method?

What species of puffers? Anything that needs salt needs actual marine salt, which you can find in stores with the other saltwater equipment. You'll have to measure it out and slowly adjust the puffer up to the proper specific gravity over a few weeks.
Aquarium salt / table salt / or anything else doesn't work.

I went to petsmart today and was looking at the guppies and saw little snails in the tanks. My mom asked if the snails were for sail and the woman said no but that they will be getting some nerite snails soon!!! I was going to try to order some online last night! Now I don't have to! I am so happy about this because snails are illegal in my state but now I will be able to get some!

Are the snails you saw little and Brown? If so you just buy a plant and wait a day and you'll be plagued by them, trust me you don't have to wait long.
