Guys! I saw a picture on Tumblr of a molly/guppy cross with cobra markings. I want to get some female mollies and try to breed some now. So badly! D:

yes muppies do happen but are hard to get. the male must be a molly and the female a guppy(there are no gollies for some reason). if they do breed the fry that live are like mules and cant breed. ive never made them because I don't like domestic mollies and I was not allowed to catch some wild mollies and then my guppies got very sick and died which led to me getting my bettas.

and my bettas are all alive and well (no more injuries at the moment) I lost one of them because she stopped eating for some reason (she never did what the other females did). but other than that the male has calmed down a lot and not chasing the girls as much which is awesome and the females are almost all ready too spawn (luckily he is unable to spawn with the water flow at the surface). and thinking about spawn him to my yellow veiltail female to see what I get(she is yellow and blue stripes on her fins and some scales that are blackish and my male is red with white dragon scale on him).

The fish pictured are actually the result of a molly mother and a guppy father.

I just taught one of my bettas to flare on command. For food of course, but it's still pretty awesome~

And most of my guppy fry have colour; blue and orange tail like their mom with some classic marbling like their dad! I have one in mind that I'll be keeping already.

Well, conditioning my tank is done. I took out the old fake plants and have a baby onion and a baby aponogeton in little pots. I kept the old plastic hideout that looks like 3 stones and i have another little ornament in there for bettas to hide. Now all i need is more plants and ornaments.

@Grimace How can I tell if it is fish Tiberculosis? What can I do for her? And will it spread to my other fish?
