both are adopted. =) i adopted mila in 2005 at four months old. she's an american pit bull terrier/boxer and she means the world to me. she's such a sweetheart. i adopted shadow in 2006 at seven months old. the only breed i know for sure he's got in him is german shepherd dog, but border collie is also extremely likely. of course, he could have more breeds in him than i can count on both hands, lol. he's a doll and a complete spaz.

i also have four female fancy rats. i'll post some pics of them later. i'm in college now, so i can only see my pets on the weekends when i go home. luckily, i live a little under an hour away so i can actually go home to see them. spending time with them does wonders for my stress. sometimes animals can provide the best medication out there. =)
