My Mum likes rats, for me it's just the 'Not responsible enough' excuse..

I own a male Syrian hamster named Squiggles. :3

So cute, is your Hamster okay with the hamsterball? (Like not trying to get out and not peeing inside of it)
I'm just asking it because a lot of people doesn't know that most Hamsters don't like them and that they can be very stressful for most of the Hamsters.

Whenever Silver went in the ball she only ran to try and get out of the door - as soon as the lid was open she clambered out onto your hand and hated going back in it - although my cat enjoyed chasing them around the room, and gently pawing at the balls. xD I, of course, stopped using the ball until we got Momo - who enjoys it.

Before Momo learnt to use his wheel, he used to stand up on his hind legs, put his front paws on the top of the wheel, and spin it around. It was quite funny - he still does it sometimes. c'x

I really need to get more cute photos of him.

In February, I got four baby gerbils, they were only ten weeks old. I named them Pedro, Hurley, Ren and Stimpy. I have attached a photo of one, this one is Ren and you can see Pedro's tail in the background. Its not a very good photo, it was taken on the day we got them and they couldn't sit still. Cute, isn't he?

Thanks. ^^ And yes, he actually loves it. If I hold him up to the opening, he'll climb inside and wait for me to close the lid, lol. He's peed in it a couple times and has escaped before like, three times. But that was months ago.
