Rabbit Owner Chat V.2

I have a chubby broken orange holland lop, he is super mellow and very sweet. Has an overdose of lazy syndrome, but nonetheless he melts my heart XD.

Edit: he is on my dad's shoulder. I do not have large ears and a stubble. This bun bun's name is Koffie, pronounced KOE-FEE, it's Dutch for Coffee.

Guys - I know I've been stalling for AGES now, but..my family has emailed the vet about Aura's spay as she turned 6 months old on the 8th - We're just waiting for a reply now about when they're open for her operation x<
I'm so scared.. I check the emails every day..

@LeiWolf , I would not be worried for your bun bun if I were you. Koffie is quite healthy, despite the fact that he is 13 months old and unspayed/unnuetured. Perhaps if it is different for females, I a may be wrong. Until Until smol Aurora gets spayed, though, keep her away from stuffed animals, as we do with Koffie :3.

Perhaps if it is different for females, I a may be wrong. Until Until smol Aurora gets spayed, though, keep her away from stuffed animals, as we do with Koffie :3.

May I ask you what you mean by keeping Koffie away from stuffed animals until he is neutered?
Also, Aura is 6 months old now and..as I tupe this very sentence my dad has just booked aura in for her spay.
She's having it done on the 5th of July, I AM SO SCARED!
Also, @WafflesTheCat - for female rabbits, it is usually necessary to have them spayed for a few reasons -

1. She won't have kits
2 - and the most important reason - if unspayed, 80% of does (females) can get uterine cancer by the age of 4 years.
3. Her litter training habits are better
4. She will probably be more calm and happy c:
5. She will live a longer life compared to if she doesn't get spayed

Kenna went to the vet recently who said she has good genetics - I already knew she was nicely hardy. She has good teeth, good hearing, good movement.. Has never been sick or injured. Doesn't jump up onto things but that isn't surprising as she will be 9 in a couple weeks. Hope to do the bloodwork portion in the next few months after some other expenses are taken care of.

Oh dear. Now I feel as if I must spay/neutere Koffie.. . As what I was saying with Koffie and stuffed animals, he has often tried to get a hold of them and start the process of mating... also sometimes urinating on them. As for my friend, she had a doe rabbit and after her spay she got quite feisty. I wish the best for lil Aurora :3.
