Molly is an APBT?? She kinda looks like a bully mix, idk she's sitting in that picture though. Got any more conditioned pics of her??

Also Envy is gorgeous, loving her name. And yes, her crop looks beautiful, I love a good crop especially on a pretty bully^^

Her crop is actually bad, like idk if the breeder did it himself or what but whoever cut her ears did not start at the base. So her ears look weird and the day we brought her home they were not well taken care of. Super scabby and swollen. The part where they cut it is suppose to be thin and neat and her ears were very swollen and thick. I had to spend that night getting the scabs soft so I could take them off and gently squeeze her ears to make sure they were not infected, which only a little clear/whitish fluid came out. I treated them with neosporin and hydrogen peroxide. My boyfriend has the before pic on his phone and its nasty I'll see if he will send it to me tomorrow but I posted a pic of the day after. You can see the holes where the stitches were and see how the ear crop is rounded instead of straight. I never had a dog with clipped ears so I didnt know anything about what they were suppose to look like and how to take care of them but once I got all the scabs off and washed her ears and applied everything they healed very quickly.

I figured they were just healing, they look good in that last pic on your other post. They don't look very bad from the pictures, but I'm used to seeing crops that are way worse.

Here are a few more of Molly, I have a great side shot of her at 1 year before I started working her out on a serious level but it wont let me post it because it says the file is too big. It really shows her tuck nicely but I already cropped it and it stills says its to large. But she is APBT, her litter was registered with the ADBA but I didnt get paperwork on her because I didnt want her for breeding just as a graduation present, plus they were charging 1k with papers and $500 without so I went the cheaper route lol. She is pretty true to the breed standard weight and size, plus drive for days and loves to chase small game in hopes of killing them. She has killed about 6 opposums, and has almost caught quite a few rabbits and squirrels lol. And she is also DA with dogs she hasnt been introduced to properly or just small dogs she does not like small dogs at all except for my chi. Anyways, the chest pic is when she was bit by a snake, thats why one arm is swollen in the arm pit area but is shows the muscle she had back in the day lol, the other two are cell pics during workout time. She looked stunning in person back then.

They dont look that bad but they just werent cut from the base and they bow out both of which I dont like. But beauty is in the eye of the beholder! <3 She is pretty regaurdless to me. :)

Molly is a pretty girl, very muscular!! And I think Envy's ears are still pretty, though they have a little more bell than I would like on a dog of mine.

I can't wait until next spring, when I can actually start conditioning Spade. I'm used to seeing super conditioned APBTs, so she's a fatty to me, but I'm really excited to see what she looks like all trim and slim!

Her now:

I would love to show an APBT, but meh Spade has far too many faults and I wouldn't get far with her anyways. I love her still!
The only thing that I don't like about show APBTs is that they have most of the true APBT traits bred out of them in favor of prettiness. I'd take a faulty driven and intense pit over a pretty cur anyday haha.

I think that the really rough looking, faulty APBT are the great. They just seem the most pit bull to me, you know? They weren't bred for looks. Although pretty show dogs look good too, I'd get a show APBT.

Yeah she use to be a beef cake! I just got moved into our new place so im putting the spring pole back up today. Hoping to get her back into shape especially since the temps will be dropping!

Omg is she solid black?? I love all black pits! How are you going to condition her? I just used spring pole and flirt pole for molly, but I always wanted to get a treadmill.

Ive only seen a few APBT showings on YT and I didnt really think to much of it. I seen Bully shows that put more effort into judging a dog. But to me the APBT isnt a show-y breed lol there a working breed and if I was to judge a dog I would want to see that dog work, I want to see the drive and the passion it has to preform. Along with ofcourse conformation, I want to see it stroll around the ring alert and aware.

Same! I just prefer a Pit that can work. I dont care if its pretty as long as the dog has the drive and desire to do what I set it out to do then im good! Which I always thought Molly had a beautiful gait and build I always wanted to get her looked at by a judge just to get feed back on her overall conformation. She is spayed so I couldnt enter a show anyways but I just always loved how she looks, granted she was the runt. <3 I do think her tail is a little short though.

On the other hand Envy's mom was shown for the first time in FL about a month ago and took 1st place 3 different times! So future looks bright on that end!

Yup, solid black except for a very small dot of white on her neck, you can only see it if you're really looking. I love black pits too, which probably comes from one of my favorite APBTs ever, Chinaman.

I don't have a schedule set yet, but for conditioning I'm going to be doing mill work, spring pile, flirt pole, long handwalks, and of course rubdowns.
I don't have my own built but my neighbor keeps bulldogs too and has a really good carpet mill that he's going to let me use. Eventually though, I'll have my own, I may just pay him to make me one, his is very well built.

EDIT;

If anyone here has any good conditioning schedules/keeps, PM me the link, I need a good one for next spring/summer!!
