EDIT: One thing that people seem to be missing, the white on her muzzle does not wrap all the way around, look at my ref shot and see that there is a stripe that comes down to meet her nose then it has the white.

Wes only has one item and thats her collar, Its a very thick leather collar. Its blue, the color of her eyes but maybe a little bit lighter. There is a small circle golden tag that has a W on it.

Personality
She is very curious but also very tricky. She can back stab you easily if she does not trust you. She is quick to defend friends if they are being hurt or made fun of. She is very adventures and loves to explore. Her favorite pass time is letting the river current take her places then explore. She was caught once a little while back and her owner gave her a collar. When the girl could not care for her anymore she let her go. Wes is very careful when she takes her collar off making sure no one will steal it. Even though she hated being a pet she misses her owner and her collar is all she has left of it.
