CUSTOM CHARACTER ART CON!

Looking for designs for my world, Nowhere.

Nowhere is a abstract fantasy land made up in one girls mind! It has many worlds and characters inside and the world slowly withers away when her mind does, it's a very interesting and weird world with a bunch of wacky characters!

Contest Rules!

- Bases ARE allowed, just make sure the design is good quality/high effort! Overall I don't mind about art skill, I care more about the quality/effort put into said character!

- This contest will have 3 winners, with runner ups too! up to maybe 3/4 ish depending on how many entries! I will keep the top three and everyone who has entered will then have the right to sell their designs ^^ If I have interest, I may come back and send offers your way! I just cant have everyone be a winner lol,,

- This contest will run until April 24th, extensions may be given if people need them!

- Please link places to give credit to just in case your design is picked!

- if, when the contest ends, you do not accept your prize within a week or two, it will be withdrawn and given to another person! Please if you are busy at the time the contest ends, let me know so I can pardon you from this rule!

- NEW! if you have PREMADE DESIGNS that you had mode for PREVIOUS ART CONTESTS, I will allow them to be entered here as long as you've already made another entry specifically for this one! THIS DOES NOT APPLY FOR CHARACTERS YOU ALREADY CURRENTLY HAVE ON SALE OR AS ADOPTS!!

Well, what characters do I need to make to enter?

Good question!

The characters you'll be making are going to be a part of the world of Nowhere <3 there's around 5-6 main areas :3 Listed below will be the areas and some ideas/characters without designs that you can base things off!

If you don't like to read: here's a TH group that conveys some of the general vibes!

These are also the current character in Nowhere if you need direction!

Williams Office

Williams office has a purple, yellow, pink and blue aesthetic to it, with bookshelves merging and towering far into the sky's! He's a bunny therapist who helps keep the people of Nowhere in check. Some vibes of characters in this building can be:

-Plush Animals

-Books

-smart casual clothes

- 'head in the clouds' motif

Nowhere Station

Nowhere Station is a railway that runs all across Nowhere, it's run by a conductor and her lively counterpart. Some vibes of characters in this area can be:

-Train themed (ofc)

-Purple + pink combo

-sky/clouds

Town Center

The town center is where most people go to markets and meet up with one another from all the different regions! Here, characters are more kidcore themed with very warm orangey/yellow vibes as well as very pastel rainbows! There's a day care that has an owner who's themed around the sun ^^ Some vibes of characters in this area can be:

-Kids toys

-Nursery rhymes

-Animals of any kind!

- This is honestly a free space, anything goes here!

Emmett's Everglade

Emmett's Everglade is a rainy, swampy garden area run by Emmett (hence the name). His design is based off of an angler fish and he's very mopey and sad. Some vibes of characters in this area can be:

-Blues and deep purples

-Rain/storms/extreme weather

-Fish/aquatic creatures

Kaz' Casino

Kaz is a dragon humanoid who runs a large Casino planted into the mountains with his partner, Cyno! All the games that would traditionally be about gambling are replaced with old arcade games and card games like snap and go fish. Some vibes of characters in this area can be:

-Reds/oranges/ warm colors

- Old arcade game vibes

-Waiters/ performers

- Kinda rich looking lol

The Princes Palace

The Princes Palace is a castle that shrouded in gardens and roses. Inside lives The Prince, who's some talk sprite dating sim character who moves and talks like a talk sprite would, one frame at a time, sometimes two if you really piss him off. Some vibes of characters in this area can be:

-Knights/royalty

-Birds like doves and crows

-Roses

- very white/light color schemes with some gold and red
