you cannot withdraw your entry Im afraid, I keep all art and now the results are being given I dont accept withdrawals. please remind me what your entry was so we can negotiate.

It's not stated anywhere in your original contest rules/post that you will be keeping all of the entries including those that don't win. You can't make up the rules as you go along, people didn't sign up for that when they entered. If someone doesn't win any prize then they have the right to withdraw their design, you can't keep it unless they agree that you can use it. It's not appropriate to use anyone else's artwork/designs unless they've given you permission to do so.

I'd like to withdraw my entry, seeing as I did not place, I want to keep my art.

maddyoll, you didnt do any new characters, you did art of my fursona and such, all art of her automatically belongs to me or it counts as character theft.

I don't want to interfere but I think it was clear, that Random&Ember would use all entered art. It said so directly under "Rules"...At least that is how I understood this sentence.

thank you, that is what Ive been trying to say, but I guess if it interferes with chicken smoothie rules then I will have to surrender character designs that didn't win a prize, but any art of Aaliyah and my other characters, and my real dog is still mine as they are of my characters and pet.
