I want to give plenty of time for plenty of entries!

Besides, that's my birthday, anyways XD

I'll be adding prizes as I get 'em, as well ^^

But for starters:
1st Prize: 500 C$

2nd Prize: 300 C$

3rd Prize: 100 C$

...but everyone who enters will receive something!
I'm thinking at least 25 C$ per entry or equivalent (wishlist pets and such) but could end up being a little more depending on who all enters

Rules:
1) Must Follow all CS rules!
2) Preferably, no bases. You technically /could/ use them, but it would count against you in scoring.
3) Any skill level is welcome, I'm more looking for design rather than art aesthetic if that makes sense. Doesn't hurt though!
3.5)However, a level of effort /is/ expected! Please do not draw forty uncolored sketched headshots in an attempt to "farm"
prizes. I'm not made of C$, you know?
4) Let me know how to credit you! These will likely be posted to toyhou.se!
5) I will be keeping most, if not all designs! That's why everyone will be receiving a prize.
6) You may enter multiple times! (As long as you follow 3.5)

Dragons may be gijika'd into anything you'd like! Human, humanoid, another species. Just nothing copyrighted! And no closed species, preferably.

Their outfits are preferred, but not required! Bonus points if you can figure out a way to incorporate their lil buddy!
