Why would you like the Raven?
The raven dog is absolutely beautiful.
I have an affinity towards simplistic designed pets & the Raven dog is no exemption.
I'm a sucker for winged & angelic (both light and dark angelic aesthetics)
and the fact black is one of my favourite colours (alongside purple and red), is like a cherry on top.
I adored the Raven dog from the moment I saw it on CS (and very much still do).
But once I had a better understanding on its worth, demand & value, the idea of owning the Raven dog
seemed less and less realistic.
As I knew it would take some time/a while before I could even dream of owning my own. For that reason,
I 100% understand if the criteria is stricter when determining who to gift this angel too!
I'm just super grateful for the opportunity !! <3
As someone who is an item collector and enjoys dressing up pets when I have the time,
I have numerous ideas playing around in my mind on how I could dress it up. I do like adding dramatic flare
to some of my pets & other times I do more simplistic yet pretty dressups.
I recently experimented with this cutie which has very similar colours to the raven dog and they both have wings.
I enjoyed the pizzazz I managed to add to the dressup & its something I intend on experimenting more with!
Alternatively, I'm also considering doing a more nature theme dress up if I get the honour of re-homing the Raven dog,
as light colours really do shine against darker colours (here's an example I did a while back).
Ultimately its just some themes I have experimented with & loved, and i'm always up to try new things.
So these ideas aren't set stone with how I would dress up this beauty!
I just enjoy the creative space, dressing up pets give as I find it really fun & oddly relaxing. <3
I also enjoy literature and find myself drawn to things that hold 'deeper'/more sentimental or 'layered' meaning.
Upon searching for a name i'd like to call the Raven dog in the scenario where I did take her home.
I stumbled across numerous articles with different symbolisms, spiritual meanings & representations of the raven.
I ended up doing a bit of a deep dive & I find myself in awe - as they often hold contradicting meanings:
for example, some see the raven being a representation of good omen and others see its as a symbol of misfortune.
I thought this was incredibly interesting, how the same creature can hold such polarising meanings.
So now i'm going to do some more research to quench my newfound curiosity haha.

What would you name it?
Name wise I will name this beauty Minerva. The reason being is that Minerva is a Latin name,
which means ‘the mind or intellect.’ Which is one of the things/qualities a raven symbolises - wisdom.
Furthermore, in Roman mythology, Minerva was the name of the Roman goddess of wisdom.
Making things even better, Minerva McGonagall is one of my favourite characters from Harry Potter haha,
so its a super neat plus to me!

Why should I give you the raven?
I don't consider myself more or less deserving to take the Raven dog home, as I know it is loved by many & has many
potential great homes to go to! <3
My intentions with the Raven dog, would be to keep it forever/until I decide to quit (a very long time from now).
So I can pass on this generosity onto others! A collection goal of mine, is to own all the store pets one day,
this is my current collection. I know it will take a while before I even come close to completing it, so it all helps. <3
I do not yet own a Raven dog and never have, but in the scenario where I did one day get the absolute honour too:
I would excitedly add the Raven dog to my collection, cherish the beauty and
dress it up the moment I have time too (as I am juggling work, university & other commitments)!

What is one thing you're grateful for?
I'm very grateful and thankful for the people in my life that have given me the ability to grow as a person,
in a loving environment. I cannot express the gratitude I have to my good friends, who stick with me through thick and
thin. Who genuinely care for me, love on me & just want the best for me. I always enjoy their company and spending
time with them - especially with quality time being my main love language.
Friendships are something I personally hold and regard highly, as it means alot to me. And surrounding yourself with
people whom genuinely want the best for you is so amazing. I whole-heartedly wish and hope everyone either has or
will have friends like this, no one deserves to be in a toxic environment/toxic friendships.
My heart gets all fuzzy and sappy whenever I think about them. ♡♡

I wrote a haiku, and to set the scene, I wrote a little introduction to the haiku in a short story form:
Stray ribbons of lightning dance across the bleak sky, as the gods of yesteryear grumbled in displeasure.
Minerva sat unfazed, mindlessly staring at the perturbed Earth, one of the unfortunate victims of Mother Nature’s
tantrum. Her paws dug into the soiled ground, feeling the little pebbles peppered around the waterfall..
Haiku:
Mother Nature cries
A woeful yet raucous tune
The raven caws again
