Why would you like the Raven?: I really like birds (I mean I have 2, how could I not like them) and Ravens/Crows definitely belong to my favorites. They look nice with their shimmering feathers and pitch black eyes. Also am I a Ravenclaw, so yea. Furthermore I really like what ravens stand for, as a symbol. On the one hand they can be seen as super intelligent birbs, that can pick up commands and can be trained. For example some ravens in city’s collect nuts and throw them on streets to crack them. They will wait for the cars to stand (at red traffic lights) and then go get the nuts and enjoy their meal. On the other hand they are mysterious, dark and a symbol for disaster. So you may notice them in films (especially in the horror genre) indicating emotions the characters might feel or giving hints at what might happen next. Overall I think they are pretty cool birds.

What is one thing you're grateful for? My family. I just love (almost) all of them so much. Especially my grandma, cuz she’s just the best person overall I’ve ever known. I love her so much for the little things she notices and all the things she’s ever done to brighten up my day. I love her for understanding me so well and listening to me when I need someone to talk to. I love her for being so caring and open minded. I love her for the advice she gives me whenever I need it, even if I don’t know what I need. I love her for being joyful and supporting me in my decisions. And I miss her because she lives in another city. And I’m afraid of what might be in the future, but I’m looking forward to spend as much time as I can with her.

KRAAA (or his actual name 370128) is a chemical experiment of an (literally) underground organization aiming to improve the performance and looks of normal dogs through illegal technologies. But oh my! Something must have went horribly wrong! How did someone get to mix the raven dna in there? The “accident” was supposed to stay under covers and live in a tiny box waaaay at the end of the storage hall. Somehow this little creature managed it to escape. The person who put it in there probably forgot about the slyness of ravens. Now it’s gone for sure enjoying its freedom. Or is it still luring around in the empty hallways, causing trouble by messing with the security system of the laboratory? Whatever causes the slightly worrying errors of the technology down there, do we really wanna know?

Why would you like the Raven?:
Since I first saw the Raven dog in 2015, I have always been drawn to its mysterious and alluring design. It's simultaneously one of the darkest, most beautiful pets on the site. While it draws you in with its kind eyes and smile, it feels almost deadly with its haunting wingspan. There are few pets whose eyes and entire demeanor can draw you in as this dog can. Every detailed feather in each wing, the shading, and tuft of each bit of fur, to the haunting yellow eyes...it's truly a masterpiece on this site.
(I also wrote an entry earlier-on, agreeing to trade my kidney for it, so that's still on the table if you're in need of one-)

What would you name it?:
This dog reminds me so much of Lucifer Morning Star, the character from the Netflix series Lucifer. Which, if you haven't watched it, please do! It's a truly amazing show, and this dog just radiates the charismatic and dangerous energy that Lucifer gives off. For that reason, I'd have to name it after the famous God of Hell himself, and this dog truly shines with that title. The only other name I'm considering is Toothless, because in my heart of hearts I see this dog as the reincarnate of our favorite night fury

Why should I give you the raven?
This question is always the hardest one to answer, there are so many reasons that I don't need the dog, y'know? I have been gifted a wonderful amount of lovely pets, and it's not as if I can say he reminds me of a real-life pet. There's something truly different about this pet, and although it may seem overkill for a few pixels, he really is just another breed of immaculate artwork. I don't have some winning, outstanding argument as to why I should, without a doubt receive him. But, I can say that, if out of the millions who want him, he is bestowed to me, I will take good care of him. He will grow old with me and my account until the day I retire and gift him away as you are now. He is definitely my biggest dreamie, but one that I have accepted I will not ever receive. I've accepted this knowledge and will continue to roam the site and admire him from afar. To even have this chance is something I never thought would happen. Truly thank you, Shep, even as you leave, you leave a huge imprint on this site and its members.

What is one thing you're grateful for?
To narrow down everything I'm grateful for is nearly impossible. I'd also argue that to classify each of my living, breathing friends into one label of just "family" is undermining. Each one of them has done so many significant and amazing things for me. I can't begin to express how truly grateful I am for each and every one of the people in my life. For the coworkers, I've had and have yet to meet. For my parents, and their ability to sit through each of my bad jokes. For my online friends, who stay connected to me through a voice, a videogame, and a blurred webcam. I especially dedicate this post to my girlfriend, who for whatever reason, had decided to continue her life with me by her side. She reminds me of the Raven Dog, which sounds strange, I know, but they both have the ability to captivate a person and leave them staring in awe. My love does not play on this site, but if she were to ever read this, I want her to know how grateful I am for her and everything she has done for me.

I thought it'd be good to mention, that I have a tattoo of Toothless on my upper right shoulder blade, and I think that's one reason I'm so particularly drawn to this dog. It reminds me so much of the loveable night fury I grew up with as a child. I feel obligated to write a story with this pet, but also as a tribute to the amazing writers of How to Train Your Dragon.

Staring directly into the eyes of death is less dramatic than when it happens in movies. There's no build-up of music, no moment when time stops and you can hear nothing but your own heart...I could hear every individual creak of the trees in the vast woods. I could feel every drop of sweat slide down my neck and pool against the small of my back. I could smell the dew against the grass, and the contrasting smell of death from the creature breathing above me. The ache in my calves and legs as I prayed to every God that I could hold this uncomfortable position for just a little longer. Just long enough for the creature to lose interest and move away from the bush. Just one more chance...I'll never run away from home again, never go out after dark and chase unknown footprints, never, never...I swear it, please just give me this one thing-
My own heart was loud, that part at least is true to stories. My feet ached from staying on my toes for so long, and every hair along my body was standing on end. The wind whistled between the leaves, and a soft weight rested on my head. I didn't dare look up, considering that was suicide at this point in time. I held my breath, and as the second turned to minutes, the weight grew heavier and heavier. Finally, my legs gave out and I caved. My back hit the muddy terrain as the huge head of the creature rested atop my chest. With every shaky breath, the creatures resting face rose and fell with my own lungs. This is the story of how I went from food to pillow in just under an hour...

Why would you like the Raven?: I love ravens, I feel connected to them. I want a raven tattoo and I like to draw them. They are cool and beautiful and impressive. I can't afford a raven and they get more expensive so it will be even harder to get one in the future. The raven is one of the four pets on this side I'd trade my soul for.
What would you name it?: Corvo. Or Corvus. Very original, I know, but I like short but cool names that fit.
Why should I give you the raven? Because you'd help me achieve a dream I could probably not achieve on my own and because I wouldn't put him in a group where I would forget about him, I'd put him in my faves group with my raven horse and some other pets I love, I'd dress him up and I'd take good care of him.
What is one thing you're grateful for? I'm grateful for my mom! I have a very important math exam tomorrow, I'm really bad at math, she isn't. She has been teaching me how to do this stuff I need for four weeks now, even though she is super stressed at the moment.

Somewhere in the forests there is this dog. It is black as the darkest night, it has wings, large and feathery, just like a raven. His eyes glow in a bright yellow and not many people have ever seen him.
He looks dangerous und threatening but actually, he isn't. He was born with white fur and feathers. His mission is to absorb nightmares. The more he absorbs, the darker his fur gets. Even if you have never seen him, he's watching over you.

Why would you like the Raven? I would absolutely love the raven because it is a beautifully designed pet with unique features. I would like to collect a lot of old store pets someday, but without store pets being re-released on dec18 it's very hard to come by a pet as popular as the raven for trade. I would also like to dress up the raven in a beautiful nature scene, just like some of my other favorite pets.

What would you name it?: Serein, it means a mist or very light rain, which falls from a clear sky just after sunset. I think this name would fit them perfectly because they are mysterious and light as a feather, and as lovely as a sunset and rain.

Why should I give you the raven? Having the raven dog would mean the world to me, not only because it is a beautiful pet, but because it reminds me of the beauty on the earth, which inspired my painting. I have a love for nature and the outdoors, and I think that the raven dog embodies that adventurous outdoor spirit. I wish I had wings so I could explore the world freely, just like a bird! Having the raven dog would also mean a big step in a full store pet collection that maybe I'll obtain one day, it's very far from complete but I don't see myself quitting cs anytime soon because of the joy and stress relief it brings me.

What is one thing you're grateful for? I am extremely grateful for the adventures I have gone on throughout my life, and the delightful landscapes of nature I have experienced on these adventures. I always try to capture photos during these trips, so I made a small collage. I am so grateful I get to travel and that I live in a beautiful state that has many things to see and do outdoors. I love it here...

Why would you like the Raven?:
I would like the raven because I think that ravens and crows are really cool. Especially big groups of them (murders). I love how people associate murders with darkness and other unsettling things it really brings out my inner emo 😩😩😩. I am also a big fan of their beaks and caws I think those feature of theirs are so cute, and I really love the dark, shiny feathers.

You should give the raven to me because I have been admiring this beauty from afar for a long time. I don't think that it's the rarity that piques my interest in him, just the design. I am probably gonna jam them in my council group with my other 5 pets that I adore.

I’m grateful my mom, grandma, and my brother are accepting of me. I came out as trans a few years back. It was hard, especially because my dad and some friends weren’t accepting. What is RWBY?
Its a show, one of my favorite shows actually! I go back and watch it from volume 1 to its current volume (8) at least once a year.
RWBY started up in 2013, by a company called Rooster Teeth, and creator Monty Oum and at first I wasnt sure if I was going to like it, but boy was I wrong.

Its set in the fictional world of Remnant, where young people train to become warriors (called "Huntsmen" and "Huntresses") to fight monsters called Grimm! (oooooh, aaaah.)
Each character has something called a "semblance", its kind of like a superpower? I'm not sure how to explain it, but each one is unique to the person! I wont tell you who it belongs to or the name of it, but my favorite one I've seen lets the user create physical illusions that can be seen by everyone. Its neat!
They also have a BUNCH of original music for the show, and I really enjoy them. Heres the opening theme for Volume 1 if you (Or anyone) wants to check it out!

Anyways, my favorite characters from this show are the Branwen twins.
Qrow and Raven
They both have unique skills and hidden abilities! I'm trying so hard to be like "These guys are dope" without giving away too much.

But, yeah, I'm in love with Raven Branwen, and Qrow too honestly, and I would love to have a CS pet as bad booty as they are, as a cool little nod to my favorite show. I'd also love to try and dress the Raven dog up to resemble at least one of the twins in someway. Maybe with their weapon, or clothing that resembles the characters. I'm not sure yet, I just know I want to try!

Also I know theres actual Ravens, and Crows on CS with the lineart edits of Macaws, but I'm not creative enough to dress one up, the dog base makes it easier, and as I said before, its way more bad booty lookin than a normal Raven or Crow. The Branwen Twins deserve bad booty representation.

I'm grateful for the children's hospital around where I live. My cousin just had a baby boy last month with the cord around his neck 3 times. They were able to get to him really fast, and take care of him. Hes still being cared for at the hospital, but hes making a good recovery. Hes getting stronger every day! and just last week he opened his eyes. I'm so incredibly grateful for the hard working doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff who are taking such good care of my cousin, her partner, and their little baby boy.

Good evening Shep. Let me start off by introducing my self. My name is Raven (username Raven114).....yes that really is my true name. The Raven dog has always been my dream pet not just because it shares my name, but also because It has such a creative balance between cuteness and darkness. I would love to receive him to commemorate my dog Midnight who passed this year after 12 amazing years with us.

I know there are alot of users who deserve the chance of owning this amazing pet. So I would just like to thank you in advance for considering me to give him a forever home. It is a really great method that you have created to give away your pets. I think it has given the chicken smoothie community not only pets, but a greater insight to each others lives. The stories that other users write for your contests are so interesting.

I am extremely grateful for my parents who have supported me through out the years with school, softball, cheer, and so much more. I will graduate in the spring and start attending Purdue university in the fall. Chicken Smoothie has given me a good break away from the pressures that every day life can sometimes bring about.
