Obviously, you can't use a base to make a base. I will be checking to make sure bases aren't stolen from other artists, so don't even try.
Transparent images are absolutely fine as I'll do coloring and shading for the design! Also, you can absolutely use a different program and submit them. Just post a relatively high quality picture or link here!
At some point, the winning design may or may not take on edits such as different tails, ears, mouths or other additional morphs such as wings of horns. If you'd like to see specific morphs, you can include those in your submissions!
