Here's my entry! This took me longer than expected, enjoy.

Edits:
[s] hair
[s] shine
[c] tail
[uc] ears
[r] horns,
[r] reverse munch
[r] goop(melts from paw pads, its black with white flecks like stars)
[r] glow(eyes, horn, shine)

the design ended up kinda dark(if it's hard to see brightening your screen helps) but I was going for a galaxy kind of look, took a lot of inspo from the first palette.
