I will likely enter but first some questions.

-How big of a tattoo are you looking to get? Maybe inch by inch max would be a good factor (ex 10 inc by 10inch or 3inch by 5inch). Will affect the amount and kind of detail that will be possible.
-Where would you like to get the tattoo? (Would affect the proportion of the tattoo)
-Have you had a tattoo before? (Liners hurt so I could try and design a tattoo with less outline if its your 1st.)

Hi, those are some good questions, maybe I should have included something like this in the original post but I felt like it was already way too much text lol.

1. & 2. Not huge. I'll probably get it either on my forearm, which wouldn't provide a lot of space, or on my back, between my shoulders. I'd say it's AT LEAST going to be about 10cm x 5cm (so roughly 4inch by 2inch?) big and not much bigger than twice that size. But it's kind of hard to give exact numbers, since the shape could vary depending on the design. That's just to give you a very rough idea about the size. I have no ruler or anything on me rn, so I hope those numbers make sense lol.

3. No, it's my first! That's very considerate of you, haha.

But if submitted designs don't work 100% as a tattoo, that's fine! Whatever it's going to be, is probably going to be slightly modified anyway.^^

hi!! Here is my submission! The alphabet monogram is such a cool idea, so I wanted to include as much of it as possible, while still making it unique. I am absolutely in love with minimalist/line tattoos so I had a really fun time doing this. I also actually just got my own first tattoo (a minimalist sweet pea flower!) which I think helped because I know what most tattoo artists are capable of and what will actually look good on skin! I don't know if you have a budget either, but obviously the more complex it is/longer it takes, the more money it will cost, so I tried to keep that in mind as well!
I made two different versions, one with lines and the other without. I was thinking of a constellation when I made this, so the dots are where each line connects or curves. I think both are pretty cool, but the "connect the dots" type one allows you to see more of the monogram. It would just depend on if you wanted others to know the meaning of the tattoo right away.
