Update! I’m dumb and I forgot I had an extra common myo so I was struggling with what to use it for and just decided that the lowest design edit wise will now go down to common! There is a fourth place which consists of a common edit and two standard edits now! Sorry for all the confusion, I’m tryin my best to have some neat prizes for y’all ;0;

I thought that writing some themes/ideas would help!

I mainly have male characters but they can look feminine! Long hair is lovely so don’t feel like it’s gotta be short or anything! I like a lotta hair styles so go ham!

Moons/suns (like maybe a half moon half sun design) 🌞 🌚 like these boys, or their side view counterparts
Clowns/mimes (awww yeaaah I love these)
Mythical creatures/fairy tale (I love me a werewolf, vampire, witch, etc)
Ghouls/cryptids (spooky time)
Unicorn/fantasy designs
Swamp (get out me swamp!)
Flowers
Birds (humming birds, blue jays, Harpie eagles, bearded vultures, woodpeckers, all good Birbs)

Probably should’ve thought of doing this sooner rip. Here’s some (hopefully inspiring) ideas! You don’t gotta do any of this, these are just some things I use to base designs off of when I do customs!

flat-color base design under extra legs, horns, whiskers, and goop

Non-rarity: weight [muscular/heftily built includes body and limbs + paws], colored sclera
Standard: teeth, claws, shine, hair
Common: fur, tail
Uncommon: ears, tongue, pupil
Rare: tall height edit, ram horns, extra legs [doesn’t really use them for locomotion because they’re smaller, but mostly for purposes such as climbing and grabbing/holding things], colored blood, whiskers, goop
