4. There is no entry limit but do not go overboard
5. Anthro and Feral characters ONLY - no humans
6. PLEASE keep the design at some level of simplicity
7. Art MUST be made on unique lines - do not use a pre-existing base
8. The top 3 character designs that win will become mine
9. You must be okay with having the characters I keep be sold or
traded off, if I decide I don't want them anymore
