no.. i think the picture is RLY GREAT... but i don#t think that the light points would be good on a flag..
that's why i ask if it's a photo or a scan of a pic..
i rly think it's great.. i love the dragon form of miika.. *-*

oh just checking cause it seemed you were pointing out bad points of my picture to help somebody else then it seemed like you were talking to me. i wasnt sure....
but yes it is a camera taken picture. my scanner is waaaaay to small for my large drawing pad an this is the only way possible i have of uploading pictures to my computer. I mean i could try the scanner but itd be in peices an i dont know if i could line it up right...
but out of curiousity since youve said that does that make my picture not eligible to win?
