So we make these with Oekaki? I'm confused

Ah, no. The lineart is a SAI/PSD file. It gets colored in, then saved as a PNG. The Oekaki is only used to make them a cover page. All of the PNGs are saved to imgur and their code is linked in an img tag here on CS. So, you need to be able to use SAI or Photoshop AND the Oekaki.

Yes, I know that. But I enjoy using PaintTool SAI a whole lot more than the Oekaki for coloring and drawing, which is why I chose to make the lineart in SAI instead.
