I've had the same thing happen to me. I tried waiting an hour, but I ended up having to wait a full day before trying again, and then it worked. I'd suggest trying every few hours though.

Really? So it's not just me. O_O I posted a topic in the help section, hopefully I'll either get an answer or by resetting it as you suggested it will be fixed.
