20 People max can enter and who ever enters has till the 26th of August in order to submit their entries, and The rules are :

Lol. Almost forgot the most important thing! My favorites are horsese transformers and my fav colors are purple blue and neon green , and in order to win you have to edit/design a avatar/icon! Thanks! (or possibly a banner!)
