I need a character designed so I decided to hold an art contest! The challenge is pretty simple, just design my character based on the description below.
Carter: A small, frail boy (around 17). He has shaggy blonde hair that usually hangs in his eyes or just above. His eyes are a bright teal. He is fairly pale and is usual wearing heavy clothing such as sweaters and scarves, even though he is very skinny. He also has a small scar on his left cheek. I can answer any other questions people might have about his appearance. Here's some info on his personality that may come in handy: Carter is innocent and shy, being afraid of the unknown. He sometimes acts like a child but is actually very smart.
If there are enough entries, I will add a second and third place prize as well. The end date will be somewhere in September though I can't predict the exact date yet.
