does it have to be full-body drawing or can it be head-shot of the pic? I Cant draw full-body cats or dogs or anything

You can draw both of them or one of them. It really doesn't matter who you draw. Either way you'd have to draw one of them to enter.

To GalaxySnow
It doesn't have to be a fullbody. So it's perfectly fine if you draw a head-shot.
Although you don't have to draw them in their animal forms, you can draw them as humans or anthros. If you do draw them as humans/anthros, you can freely design how they would look. ^-^
