It's called Vaparespumleaceon (pronounced (vayp-air-esp-um-lee-ace-ee-on). It's supposed to be parts of all the different eeveeloutions stitched together, but I forgot Volteon. xD; So let's just say it has electric powers but you can't tell from just looking at it.
