Here- ignore the low quality neck, it's my first winged canine. A quick rundown of the features:
• Feathered bracelet
• Biohazard symbol at wing base
• Vine pattern on front leg
• 7 Tails
• Symbol I designed on the shoulder

Heres my entry, I hope you like em' =)

I tried to keep it simple while also coming up with something somewhat unique, I thought about adding purple markings but I couldn't get anything to look right...
The scarf if purple, white, and black striped.
There are only two tails, I tried to make three but I couldn't get the third one right so I left it with two.

(If this design doesn't win I would like to keep it)
