FIRST PLACE: RPFLightMyFire with Flesh And Stone
Intro
Welcome to Bayside's first ever Stallion Parade! What is a stallion parade? I'm guessing that it is a parade sort of set up where several people show off their stallions to a crowd to try and rake in some stud fees. I'm guessing. Did ya really expect me to bother to look it up? Ha. You're funny.
Once the end date is up, I will set up a poll on this topic asking the public(anyone who wants, HARPGer or not) to vote on their favorite stallion. The winner will be decided on points, receiving up to 10 points for the artwork of the horse, and a point per vote for the horse. Can you vote for your own horse? Since I can't monitor who votes for what, yes, you are allowed to vote for your own horse. I will be the only one not voting, since I will be distributing the points for the artwork. The poll will be open for 7 days(after the end date( and on the 7th day, I will tally in the results.
The wining stallion will be my pick to cover my prize mare, Queen of Hearts, and the owner of the stallion(or whoever showed the stallion, if it is a lease) will keep the foal. If the winning stallion happens to be related to Queenie, then the stallion's owner/handler can breed keep a Queenie foal sired by another one of their stallions, or mine.

Instructions
Handlers will walk their horses though a set of red ropes that are spaced widely and keep the spectators back. When reaching the judge, the handlers will stop their horse briefly and allow the judge to look over the horse's conformation. The handlers will then trot their horses off.
Your instructions are to draw your stallion looking fabulous at a walk, trot, or standstill. Your art MUST feature a full bodied drawing/paining of your stallion and he must be wearing a bridle or halter. This event will be held here on the stable grounds, not in an arena, so coordinate your background with that. Drawn backgrounds are worth more points that picture backgrounds, but you will receive a point for a picture BG. Is a handler required? ..........YEP. Handlers are not required required but will count for a certain number of points out of the 10 that your artwork can earn. You may draw handlers as silhouettes, but you will not get full points for them.
Points System
The winner will be based on points earned. Each element below is what you can earn points on. I will give half points.
If you do shading, for example, but the shading is quickly done and sloppy, I will give you 1 point instead of 2. If your color is sloppy, I will give you 0.5 points instead of 1. Etc.
