Only boarders and members(and affiliates!) of Bayside Equestrian Stables may enter this.
Instructions
Simply draw your horse and rider performing a Western Horsemanship course. You may draw your horse walking, trotting(extended or collected), loping, backing up, pivoting, lead changing, side passing, figure 8ing, or weaving through cones. A horsemanship course is marked by cones, so you may include those in your art too. Your horse must be in Western tack and the rider must be in Western apparel. You may do a full-bodied or a close-up and everything in between but a at least portion of the rider must be shown as well as the horse. You HAVE to draw a rider on your horse. (Western Horsemanship: a class in a horse show where horse and rider memorize a given pattern marked by cones and then perform the pattern in the show ring. It is mostly judged on the rider's ability to communicate with the horse with subtle, light movements.)
Rules
- Only boarders and members of Bayside Equestrian Stables AND associates may enter this
- all horses must be at least 3 years of age.
- (if u r a Bayside boarder) You may only use a horse that you board at Bayside(or a horse that u lease from Bayside).
- ONE entry per person, one horse per person.
- no tracing, copying, etc.
- horse must be in Western tack and the rider must be in Western apparel.
