Let's say I draw a cat in a fancy-ish pose by hand and everything, but then decide that I wanna do all other feline characters of yours on those particular lines I've drawn, making line-edits where necessary.

Does that count as using a base, despite it still being drawn by hand first?

Np; I just wanted to make sure because that's one thing I usually see get overlooked and as much as I'd like to draw fancy poses for each one, I can't because I'm not very skilled with the animal anatomy right now (I've only been drawing them for a year, maybe 2... and not often) lol ^_^
I can only guarantee that they will be up-to-date with how I draw them now (minus the paws; I always draw them in various sizes for unknown reasons o.O)
