Snowy's Massive Contest! Winners announced

So I went back through your rules and didn't see a specific answer to a question I have, so I figured I'd post it here... For contest 1, can we draw more than one pet in a single picture or do they have to be individual pictures per pet?

You can draw as many pets as you like, but each pet will be graded individually. So, if you draw one pet awesomely, but another is drawn better by a different participant, then who ever draws the pet best will get the pet.

My gaze shifted from the crisp white sheets to the complicated IV-like equipment, then back at the door. Squeezing a small hand in that my larger one clenched so tightly, too tightly, I didn’t face my sister. I just could not possibly look at the pale face on my shoulder, the tear streaks on her cheeks. I turned away, searching the sheets again, no doubt piled up after a wash to and to be taken to another room soon, as if I could find an answer.
“Who knows, you might still not have it...” I heard myself say into the empty space, a sob being her only reply. “And, you know. . . there are people who have lived.”
Again, she only buried her head in my shirt. She felt so limp, so strange. I’d do anything to see her old self, bouncing around like a rubber ball with a shining smile, stretching her whole face. I’d give anything for that smile, do anything. All I could do was hug her tightly and shift my gaze again.
“Maybe. . .” I started again, only to be interrupted by the door opening. My mother had finally come. Now, only one wait was left, a horrible, heavy wait. A wait for life or almost certain death of my little sister.
Shifting my gaze for the eightieth time, I did not hear mom talk about the traffic jam, nor machines whirring, not even my sisters quiet whimpers. It must be worse for her, I thought. Then, But, how can it be worse? I wish the door would already open. I wish to know. After what seemed like ages in the waiting room, a voice finally called and we stood.
“Ariel?” I heard my sister’s voice.
“Yes?” I said in a tiny voice.
“I can’t take it,” She whispered, or rather, whisper sobbed. “Just tell me what they say.”
I nodded, unable to understand her logic. How was it easier if I told her? It was, though and walked in, hearing the door slam behind me.

I exchanged glances with mom, walking out of the office, and she nodded, mouthing a word.
“You’ll be alright!” I called, trying to keep my voice steady and joyful, and was rewarded by the happy light in her eyes. As she hugged me after mom, I felt her face tense with a smile. I’d do anything for that smile. Even lie.
