Draw my new char/sona win awesome prizes! End Oct. 31

If you know me u know I have many characaters and all of them at one point have been my fursona, however I never seem to fit into the character I create. My new try at a fursona is a African wild dog that I have not named yet. It will be a she like all the other sona of my past. I would love if someone could make my vision into a reality because I just can't seem to draw wild African wild dogs (also known as painted dogs).

This is a painted dog/wild dog if you need refs: (Each one is different just like zebras no two wild dogs markings are the same)

I want the legs from first joint down to be black and the toes white on all four legs and paws! paw pads pink and eyes neon lime green please!

I want the light tan markings to be light blue an the face markings to still have the black snout but it to look like a blue jays black face markings -> http://www.google.com/imgres?q=male+blu ... x=90&ty=81

I want the dog to be wearing a scarf like this around it's neck-> http://www.google.com/imgres?q=checkere ... x=79&ty=66

Also have a nose stud on the right and a ear clasp half away up in it's ears. The nose stud should be a diamond one and the clasps silver!
