Legends spoke of a mysterious forest on the planets of Chickensmoothie. Legends say that the animals living within this forest were... well, enchanted.

Legends were right.

As the brilliant sun rose and spilt it's bright rays over the purple horizon, the forest thrummed with life as foxes and rats lifted their bleary eyes into the brilliant sky. The forest sighed as the dogs and cats crawled back into their hideouts, hiding from the bright rays of the morning sun. Bright little spirits zipped around the towering trees, guardians of the forest against the dark forces that threaten to come and sweep them away, always there, always watching, yet never seen.

In the mountains, a howl rose over the silent air, rising up and down in pitch as other wolves added their voices to their leader's echo. And then, just as quickly as they rose, they immediately stopped, listening with their perked ears for anyone that might answer them. Soon enough, from another snow-packed mountain off into the distance, another pack answered their call. Another chorus of howls sounded from the base of the mountain. Content, the wolves residing within the largest strip of the mountains loped back to their dens in order to retire for the day.

Meanwhile, between the mountains, there lies a valley

HALF-GROWN WOLVES

After you came out of the baby wolves' den, you saw two arrows. One said 'Adult Rats', while another said 'Half-Grown Wolves'. You decided to follow the half-grown wolves sign, since there seemed to be more of a path there. It wasn't long before another wooden house came into view. Two pieces of paper tacked to the outside of the shack caught your eye. It read:

Scout: Investigates all strange occurences and objects.

Hunter: Hunts for the pack.

Guards: Defends the pack

*Note: Not all wolves need to do only the specific task their position tells them to do. For example, Scouts may hunt, Guards may investigate, etc.

The second sheet read:

The Elements

First, let me clear something up. It is not your element that shapes you, but you who shapes your element. In other words, you are not born with your element--your element eventually finds you as you grow up.

Light: caring, warmth, and doing what's right.

Darkness: stubborness, rebeliance, and getting into trouble.

Water: compassion and unexpected surprises.

Air: Dreamy and drifts easily.

Fire: Unpredictable, frequent mood swings

Earth: Logic and equality.

Nature: Appreciates all life, and depending on the indivdule, either very nurturing or detached.

Mind: Usually knows what others are thinking, know how to say just the right words.

Body: Strong, unemotional.

Spirit: Can glimpse into the afterlife, able to talk to spirits, usually very mind-element like.

Emotion: Sense others' emotions, can control emotional level in a room.

Energy: Figity, high-strung.

Time: Wise, manipulates time, rarest element.

After reading that, you step inside.

ADULT WOLVES

Following the arrow that said 'Adult Wolves', you came upon another wooden shack, this one much bigger than the other two. Again, two pieces of paper caught your eye. They basically said the same thing, but with some modifications to the first piece.

Positions

Alpha Pair: The lead male and female of the pack. They don't really tell all the wolves what to do, but they are the ones who makes all the major decisions, and other wolves tend to just follow them.

Beta: This is the wolf that looks after all the sick and weak wolves of the pack. It is advised that female betas do not have pups, but not forbidden. This is because she will put the pups before the pack, and as you can tell, this will lead to some problems in the future. The current Beta is Candy.

Scout: Investigates all strange occurences and objects.

Hunter: Hunts for the pack.

Name: Candy

Gender: She-wolf

Position: Beta

Personality: Just like her namesake, Candy is a very sweet wolf who's willing to do anything to help out another wolf. Too nice to fight and too compassionate to hunt, the beta is the only position Candy could fill. Of course, her kindness could he a hinderence sometimes. Like I said, she's too nice and too compassionate, even towards her enemies. Guess how well she'll fare in a life-or-death situation? Not very well, that's for sure. She always needs to surround herself with her close circle of friends in order to feel at home, and she will always, always do what she's told, unless it's against her morals.

Element: Light

Dubbing: When she was small, her stripes reminded me of candy.

Name: Ehep

Gender: Dog

Position: Scout

Personality: In the legends of one Native American settlement, Ehep was the giant spider that lowered the first humans on Earth. Like the spider, Ehep helps other wolves find their 'final destination'. He lowers his web and helps guide other wolves around tricky situations and ultimately helps them reach their goal. He is also very calm in dangerous situations, which makes him a good scout. For his whole life, Ehep had been the one who was able to calm all of the very hyper pups. But sometimes he's a little too loose, and doesn't discipline properly. Therefore, any pups that were under his influence were all pretty spoiled.

Element: Earth

Dubbing: Like I said, Ehep was the giant spider in one of the Native American settlement's legends that lowered the first humans onto Earth.
