We've all been there at one point in time; When CS interferes with real life.

If you're not sure if you're a CS addict, confront this list:

1. The majority of random thoughts throughout your daily life are related to chicken smoothie and it's going-ons.
2. You pull late-nighters, consistently, on your computer, just mindlessly clicking around on CS. Most of the time you're not even doing anything.
3. Schoolwork is often put off for CS.
4. Parents/Siblings/Friends are always trying to get you off CS, and you usually reply with "Just one more minute!"

The rest are up to you. It's normally pretty easy to decide if you're addicted, and accepting it is easy too. The hard part is accepting it as a problem.

We're here for you. We're going through what you. Together, we can over come this addiction to regain our social and academic lives.

(Hey Blackie, post the checklist under my next post :3)

Had a great idea for this last time, slipped my mind this morning though, hope this works with you Nimble;

(1) Acknowledge you are addicted to CS.
(2) Acknowledge this as a problem.
(3) If you're in too many Roleplays -4 or more- then go to all the slow ones, ones you don't like, ones that are getting boring, and quit. Most likely, those are the ones that won't get anywhere anyway.
(4) Keep paper by the computer to track how long you're really on the computer. The ammount will probably shock you.
(5) You may prowl around the forums, as long as you don't spend hours there. Check into a few topics that interest you, or a few forums that interest you, but keep it short.
(6) Make a shedule, put it out somewhere you will be able to always spot it. In your room, on the fridge, corkboard, anywhere works. No more than 5 hours on CS, if you honestly don't break that shedule for a week, then take off an hour. Wait another week or two, then take off another. Slowly work your way down to your goal.
(7) Make it a point to see friends more, even if you don't feel that comfortable with them, try and hang around friends that uplifting, and that make you want to talk, not people who force you to.
(8) Take up a hobby if you want, anything to help pass time. Read a book, play some sports, knit, write, anything!

Guys, me and Nimblestep are here to help you! We're going through the same things as you with being CS addicts, you can share whatever. Need help making a shedule? Pm one of us.

^^Hope thats alright with you Nimble.
