How did you get your first pet of your hoard(s)? (Link to trade if necessary)

Someone was offering a yellow sorbet for a Joker. I didn't really like the black-yellow design, and I've never had a sorbet before, so I thought "why not?" and sent the trade. I was aware that the sorbets weren't high in demand so I would have difficulties trading it, but I really liked the yellow.
And when I traded for it, I had two dressup ideas but only one dog, so I had to trade for more...

Vixens:
I adopted her <3
It's Lethara, my first vixen advent n.n
I traded her to my bf somewhen after he joined, though, so that's why it says she was given to me by him.
He decided to trade her back to me at one point, and of course I couldn't say no; I love her dearly <3
Now she's staying with me foreverrr~
Don't know exactly which one was my second, though. I...uhm... admit, I have a rather bad memory for those sorts of things. Especially since I had so much fodder the day I started trading for more vixens, I got more than one.

URBs:
My very first UR Bwolf, which I don't own any more, was traded to me in exchange for a Moonswirl dog.
I originally planned to kkep the new pet, however, someone made a great offer on it, so I gave it away, using the new fodder on a UR cat instead.
My bf knew I really wanted another one, so he got me one. As far as I remember it was some offsite trade for Aywas BP, so I have no link.

Honestly no clue ._. I would remember if I had kept their old names, but after I started the hoard I renamed both to fit the theme.

Well. . .
I was a newbie. I joined in 2011, but I actually started playing in February 2012. Before that, my account was a ghost account. xD
How I got my first Red Cerberus? It was somewhat an accident. A user was saying he was giving away all his canines.
I sent like, 7 trades for common rare canines, all auto-cancelled.
Frustrated, I flipped through pages. Suddenly, I saw the Red Cerberus. Nobody took it yet.
In fact, nobody sent a trade for it ever. I was the first.
Confused, I sent this, asking if it was a canine.
They accepted without a message.
I PMed them asking if it was an accident, but they said that they wanted to give it to me. ;u;
She was the first list pet I ever had, and I still have her. c:

Nine is a really impressive number SummerLoveZ! I know they aren't super expensive but I sure don't see those PPSs very often. :) Congrats!

I remember this one well lol. :) It was shortly after the lynx PPS came out and everyone was in a panic trying to get one. I noticed someone on the TRT posting about having to pay a marionette for one. I instantly got excited and searched through their posts to see if I could find out who ended up with the marionette. At the time I only had a couple list pets and I was excited to maybe be able to get another to trade. I managed to find a post where they'd linked to the marionette and tracked it down from there. I sent a trade to the new owner and after a few edits we ended up agreeing on this. To this day I really don't know if it's fair at all but I'm so thankful to both that user and the one who originally traded her for the lynx. Without them I don't know if I ever would have started hoarding. :)

I sent in my form to Tsumi, as I'd love to rejoin this thread. I've missed everyone here so much! I took a long hiatus from CS from about April to October of this year. The Halloween event always draws me back.
I meant to post here and say hi, but I just didn't have the time. So now that I've found some, I thought I'd join in the conversations =]

For those of you that don't know me, I hoard Moonswirls. My hoard hasn't grown since January, but I'm in no rush!

Gravity was my first moonswirl. It was the summer of 2010, and I remember working really hard to put together a group of pets for Moonswirl fodder. The Moonswirl has always been -and still remains- my dream pet on CS. I posted on the "How much is this pet worth" thread to see the value of my group, and see how much more was needed to get a moonswirl. The result wasn't good: I needed to get A LOT more rares/very rares. Defying Gravity saw my post and messaged me, saying that if I accepted her challenge, she would do something for me. I'll never trade Gravity (Who, in case you didn't notice, was named after Defying Gravity). I still remain great friends with Defy, and we chat whenever she gets on.

For me, my Moonswirl hoard was completely accidental. During the Advent 2010, I traded for two moon puppies after the 18th. The one I knew was a Moonswirl, and I was hoping to use it possibly for finding more wishlist pets. The other was a non-swirl, which too would be used for wishlist. Amazingly, the nonswirl puppy decided that it wanted to be a moonswirl! I was completely shocked to look my my pet group, expecting to see a grown nonswirl, to see a puppy- that would grow into a Moonswirl. All of a sudden, I had 3 Moonswirls. And now, I can't trade them. I love all of my Moonswirls dearly <3

Most of the things I do happen by accident lol
I never plan anything.

I like vivid colours combinations, and the sorbets were a great opportunity to create pretty dressups c:

I don't remember how quickly I collected them. I mostly traded my old blue toxic hoard for the new one.
