If you were to start another hoard, what would it be? Any particular reason?
Another advent probably, I might either extend my vixen mini hoard or start one for the speckled grey huskies (I don't really know what they're called sorry, they have green eyes). I just really love them is all.

How do you balance your VRHs with completeing/finding/trading for wishlist pets?
Fairly equal. Usually I have a lot more fodder for wish list pets than I do for advents, it's often very hard to trade for advents because of their demand even though the bobtails are in quite low compared to the others.

I think I've mentioned the other rareslist pets I'd hoard in a different question before, buut...
Well, if I had infinite fodder and all, I'd probably hoard Green Toxics and September Cake dogs.
I love these pets dearly, and since I'm hoarding cake pets anyway, the Septembers wouldn't even be a new hoard at all.
I just don't dare to spend any fodder on getting more of them because I always think of my Vixens first.

How do you balance your VRHs with completeing/finding/trading for wishlist pets?
Since I don't collect, it's not hard to balance. My rare fodder is used for my rare hoards, everything else gets spent on my other hoards. Sometimes I have one or two pets on my wishlist that are rare and not a hoard, but those almost never get priority over them.

These are #33 Garden, whom I got from risen-from-the-grave-Discord, and #34 Lusus Bifrǫst, who's got a double name now because I liked the old name too much to change it completely n.n Formerly Bifrǫst, this one was given to me by the ever so generous Kyar x3

have you ever had a moment when you ran out of fodder for your hoard? what did you do / think?

It's now lol.
I do have a high list pet, but the demand is negative for it :D
I hope it will rise once people get VR fodder in December.

When I really have nothing VR, I log in on Aywas and Wajas looking for opportunities to trade stuff from there for CS pets.

All the pets I find pretty but cannot hoard them due to sorbets other priorities.
Gearbacks, maybe noncoons, dark pink shima b-wolves. There are really tons of pets I wouldn't officially hoard, but I'd love to have more than one of each.

So I have loads of VC fodder to trade for spiders!

I've been drawn more lately to "theme type" hoards. So, along with that, if I were to start another VR Hoard it would probably be '08 Advents. For some reason I can't resist them when ever I find any of them for trade. I have to offer.

I just make sure I have enough valuable fodder to get the missing outcomes I need to maintain my completed collection. Offsite trading is a godsend. If not for buying pets with CWP/GP/BP/WC, etc. I'd have been in trouble for a long time already.

Probably UR cats. They're just so gorgeous <3 I used to hoard them but ended up giving them up for other hoards. I still have two and it's tempting to start hoarding again but for now I can't even afford any of my active hoards xD

My collection always come first, since it's complete and I have to keep it that way. But that's rarely an issue... most monthly outcomes are not going to be going for the same pets I trade for my VR hoards. And when I can't afford my VR hoards I occupy myself with my many common/uncommon hoards :3

Sorry about that ;n; Hurricane Sandy came and wipe out our power so I'm trying to focus on surviving LOLOL jk were doing ok c: But still no power, using a small generator~ And sometimes we have to unplug a few things to take showers and stuff. Running out of fodder, what did we do/think?
Well I just sit there not knowing what to do, hoping a trade comes around where it's an upgrade and we'll go upwards towards more fodder. Right now we're about 2/3 short of 1/2 the worth of a coontail, so I can safely say we're a bit low xD I try to look for people offering a joker for a sorbet, but how often is that anymore? LOL no

I think Id hoard GWJs, they're just really growing on me. I barely see them anymore though x3 Maybe sometime in the far future Ill try for a single GWJ and not hoard, for the sake of being able to dress it up <3

And something about balancing trading for collection/hoards;

We tried for a complete collection but got bored after just a little bit. So I don't think we balance it much. It's mostly just trading for hoards, and if not then maybe a few missed outcomes that look appealing. :3 We merged to pretty much dedicate all of our fodder to coontails c":

definitely the red rose, even though I could barely afford one with the current fodder I have.. I'd like to give it a shot at some point, fodder or no fodder. c: They are beautiful and remind me of peace for some reason..

truth be told my hoards have always come before my collection since I do not really have my eyes on anything right now other then the hyena and vixen advent.. xD I mainly trade for hoards, but if I cant afford them I'll look for things we need c:

their eyes ohmygod. plus i always love it when collars match eye color on pets here.
i really think they should be paired and have 2d gens with the Nontag because the babbies would have the most wonderful eyes.

i don't really have an "actual" collection. i just have my hoards, pets i really like (but not hoards), and pets i can trade for hoards.
my wishlist is 2 pages long.
mostly hoards, with pets i'm looking for because i like, and missed outcomes that i like.
but, i have no fodder for making new a hoard / continuing either of my hoards enough so my OCD doesn't scream at me. so VRH trading isn't really doing much for me right now.

after i traded my Nonballoon for a lower pet+ hyena and then that lower pet for an Orange Cerberus, i was pretty much shot at any hope of continuing a VRH until Advent. Orange Cerberus are wonderful i can't part with it ;v;

Good heavens. I actually had enough to qualify until just recently. I had three but one needed to be fodder for my lovely coontail. I wasn't too fond of them originally. My first love was the yellow toxic followed shortly after by the coon litter. After I traded a nonjewel for a nontag and a BMD though I realized that I just love them. Their eyes... their colors... just... everything. They're gorgeous. I'm even considering giving up my yellow sorbet dream to go after a third nontag once I manage to snag a coontail. :)

My WL is fairly small and rarely changes since I will always be interested in most of the pets on there. As much as I try to hang on to WL pets I usually end up parting with most of them for my marionettes. I see those big beautiful wooden eyes and just melt. That explains some of the silly overpay I've given for these little cuties. :) While there are certainly pets other than marionettes that I love I think once I get my coontail I'll be spending most of my time searching for marionettes and - if I'm lucky - nontags. :)

Thy link - I was really into swapping same line tiers on the advent list then and someone sent me this trade and I happened to accept and fall in love with the bunny ;u; Clancy needed more friends <3
