Ok, I'm back from school so I'll post the first of the current three foxes that I've looked at.

Red Fox

I got the name Azella when I was lying in bed. I was throwing random things together and at first I thought of Azelda and she said yes. But I decided it was too much like 'Zelda' but with an A in the front. I asked her if she liked Azella better and she yes.
It is quite a nice name actually. Even if there is no meaning behind.
Now if only I could find a form that fitted.

I feel like you are starting to talk yourself into jackal. It seems that you've reversed some of your traits since you wrote your RA. xD You said a few post ago and on your original RA that you have polygamous tendencies, but now you seem to be pushing for monogamy. I think you missed my point a little on the hierarchy, and I you still aren't exhibiting what I'd imagine a jackal would show with ranking systems. Not accusing you of anything; I sorta talked myself into black phase red fox for a while. I say just take a step back. I'm not trying to drive you away from the form bc I'm possesive. I know that I'm too cool for anyone to really be like me. BUT I honestly don't think jackal works for you, and since I know more than most people about when it comes to daemonism, I value my word. I agree with Khesia about looking at herbivores too. They aren't wimpy types at all.

Yes, I do have polygamous tendencies- I've said that a few times. But relationship-wise, it'd be stupid to not consider myself monogamous, and the mating for life is one thing about jackals that I value so much. You're fighting me pretty hard on this, but to be honest I'm going to have to fight back- everyone here only knows what I wrote in my RA, and what I can explain. XD Not to mention, I'm not going to be exactly like every other ~*~jackal-soul~*~ out there. Everyone is different ^^; Sure, there's going to be major similarities, but same goes for every form. I'm not going to perfectly match a mongoose. I'm not going to perfectly match a Tasmanian devil. Or a snow leopard (no matter how much I want to). It's for that reason that I'm allowing myself to have a chance with something that DOES fit so well, whether you believe it does or not. /: I'm interpreting traits differently than you, which, in my opinion, is perfectly fine. No one has a degree in daemonism, or ethology, and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to match human traits to animal ones- and if it did, I wouldn't be trying. Aerospace engineering never appealed to me anyway. XD

And it's good that you value your word. I'd expect you to. But I don't believe you can see anything more than what I wrote down, which was little more than a smidgen of my personality and tendencies. So more-so than reversing my traits, I've elaborated, and probably gotten even more honest with myself in the process, which was my goal for this anyway- well, not personal honesty, really, but figuring out a lot of things about myself. I've looked into everything I've been told to look into so far, and the jackal was one of them- so I didn't just pick an animal out of the blue because I got bored of the process (because in that case, I would have been adamant about the first supah cute animal I saw. Oooooh ring-tailed cat). I'll check out some herbivores of course, though every ungulate with a herd tendency is almost immediately out. >.>

All this research that everyone is doing, makes me wish I had the concentration to do it. I might, but the TV is on and comedies are my weakness. XD
