Hahaha I'm so glad I'm not the only one! THE HORSES ARE SO CUTE! They look so delicate and horsey and... eeee! In fact all the pets are pretty cute(!). This month's camouflage theme is pretty kick ass, too. I'm looking for the black horse from the elements theme (fire) but I don't really have anything to trade with to get it, so I'm waiting for my horde to grow a little. And then I shall name them.

Someone sent me a bunch of pets out of the blue, and I thought "what the heck, might as well." Then I realised that there were a finite number of official designs so you can indeed "collect them all" and then they CHANGE AND GROW. It's like... lazy-bum's pokemon.

The one dog I have left under the blanket should change at midnight or something I think... I think it might be a yellow one... but that's purely guesswork. I hope it's rare because then I think I get awesome points or something? I'm not 100% how this all works. I can feel my GPA slipping as I type.

Oh hai. I'm back from a Chicken Smoothie hiatus ;D. Hello to the new folk, I'm Andrea. Settled giant anteater from TDF who enjoys throwing her two cents around.

Yeah, the whole HDM thing isn't at all what we do. We are not in some alternate dimension, there is no dust, we are not out to kill God, and we sure as heck don't settle at thirteen. That crap is fiction. We do things from a more psychological standpoint loosely based on that, like Lottie said. And from what we think, Pullman was wrong about certain forms. Personally, I don't care much for the books. It lost some of it's coolness when they had an ARMY OF FREAKING WOLVES ;___:. LAME, TO THE MAX. YOU LOST ME AFTER THAT, PULLMAN.

I've had pets since I joined >>. I don't trade with anyone (unless y'all want one?), but just collect them for the lulz.

I tried to do a zebra dove analysis because I was bored, but there's, like, hardly any information on them whatsoever. XD

This is all I have:

But really, it's incredibly addictive. I've been here for like a year and a half. XD They change at the time they're adopted, and yes, I do believe you have the yellow one, yes, unless the artists are messing with us and we have a mystery color or a PPS (dog that stays at the stage of the ones in your signature instead of growing to adult*). I have to get caught up on the rarities for this month, but the way it works is that if you get a rare you can use it to trade for a pet from an earlier month, which you can use to trade for a pet for an earlier month, etc. Some people collect them all and some people (like me XD) are lazy bums that just hoard the designs they like. Collecting the more recent dogs is pretty easy, but from what I hear the '08s are a pretty big challenge these days. I wouldn't know, since I joined in '08. XD

*THIS IS A GOOD THING. THEY ARE ADORABLE. 8D

I was thinking more these three, actually:

-You prefer open areas to closed-in spaces. You also prefer dry places. You’re not too fond of the rain.
-You like sleeping in high places.
-You adapt well to already developed areas. In undeveloped areas, you may have a harder time.

For the first one, I'd go more along the lines of "Prefer to stay within your insular comfort zone." High places I would interpret as a safe-zone - they go there to be away from predators, so something along the lines of "You prefer places where those you dislike/fear can't reach you." For the last one, "You depend on those who have come before you when it comes to advancing in life." ^^
