Revelations was pretty cool, you were introduced to a whole new culture, new weapons, and Ezio aged a ton. Mentally and physically. There's a bit of humor to it, and some parts are a nice challenge. It took me a couple days to beat, and then a few weeks to prestige on the multiplayer. I was lazy with it, okay? But it is a good game ^^
In response to the DS question, try turning it off and leaving it off. Make sure you plug it in to charge, but DO NOT TAKE THE GAME OUT UNTIL IT STARTS WORKING PROPERLY AGAIN. Sorry, it's just important that you don't do that unless you're on the home screen, or it's off. If turning it off and plugging it in doesn't work, just let the battery die, then take the game out and try plugging it in.
The new AC multiplayer is very cool looking. It's not really my type of game but the style of multiplayer design fits the game very well, in my opinion.
Also, Nifflas has come out with a new game, part of the Knytt series. It's on Steam Greenlight right now and you can download a demo. It's a platformer done in a very nice photo-realistic background graphic style. Some of it even looks a little like Limbo:

I've played it and it's impressed me so far. Although I have to say, water texture on high graphics really slowed down the game at some points, for me and my old computer.
