Does ouran high school host club end diffrent in the manga?

I think haruhi and tamaki get married in the end? IM REALLY NOT SURE THOUGH. I think so, but I dont own the manga. ;A;

As someone who read all of the manga let me say yes. Completely. That eclair girl from the last few episodes of the anime isn't even in the manga I think. So they basically follow the manga in the anime but the last two episodes of the anime are different. The manga has 80 something chapters, I would recommend it even after watching the anime like I did. ^^"
