funny, my whole summer so far has been kpop, dramas, eating, kpop reality shows. Great summer I know right.
There's probably more things I should review (while fangirling and waiting for Coffee Shop to come out) but ill just do Girl's Day's today.
Girl's Day: Female President. May I write down Girl's Day twice on the long list of sexy comebacks this year? First Expectation, now this. The dance...I can't. It's both good and sorta funny. Dat butt dance. Just.
I watched the Showcase on Loen Entertainment's Ustream from 12 to 1 AM and I'll just say it didnt go too well for me. The first 20-30 minutes were laggy bits and pieces of it (which I somewhat enjoyed because I could see it), while the rest was at the computer. They performed Hug Me Once, Expectation, Twinkle Twinkle, Female President, and Jevice performed a song. The second half of the showcase was like 1 minute or 30 seconds at a time but I could still see it better (the first half was like 5 seconds or less bits and was really laggy). So...the showcase was good? I guess. Just not how it played using whatever I did to make it like that. Or it was just Ustream. Any way, yeah.
Onto the song. I liked its beats and the chorus doesn't sound too loud. It's not an easy-to-sing song unless you count the "tataratatara" part. I personally like the song and wonder how the repackaged album will sound like. The MV is really going for sexy, since Sojin's (I think Sojin) short beige dress and the butt dance. The overall aura of the MV reminds me of silver and stripes because...well if you watch you'll see. But yeah. Girl's Day. Comeback.
